With regard to tobaccos as mentioned earlier, I'll give a nod to Slim's. RedBoro, BluBoro, and Peach tobacco all have a pleasant mellow tobacco in the background.
Castle Short has been in my every day rotation. Quite a good, though not as clean tasting, attempt at a Castle Long clone.
Westwood is quite strong and harsh and I've found their RY4 to be completely unvapable. Not sure how they messed that one up. Tastes like pine tar. The others I mentioned above are a good value and very vapable.

One more. I did the math (30 x .3) and MadTown Vapor just barely makes the cut, at $8.99 for a 30 ml. But MTV also offers a free 15 ml of your choice with every order over eight bucks, so if you throw THAT in the calculation, they are a budget vendor.

MadTown's juice sure doesn't taste "budget", though. My personal favorites are Strawberry Shortcake, Alota Horchata Mild, Tiramisu and the best Lemon Meringue Pie I've ever vaped. You really CAN taste the meringue. The Key Lime Cheesecake is spot-on, too.

Madtown is one of my favorites, too, but I already gave my two. I also love the alota horchata mild, the tiramisu, softserver strawberry, and one of my kids asked me to keep vaping the twinkie just for the smell (it tastes good, too.)Their 120mL makes the cut at $0.27, but again just barely.

Nice summery and great thread btw But imo this highlights the problems with this method of rating vendors it just does not give a clear picture of what is actually is the 'best' ejuice vendor rather it more so shows which vendors a large proportion of people have tried like Vape wild and ITC. For example I haven't been vapin all that long probably a year or so now but out of the 6 or so places i've tried only 3 have been 'Budget vaping' places which leaves me with a rather small sample to chose from and a rather uneducated set of recommendation..... where as other people who have tried far more vendors who can actually give a decent educated recommendation there vote counts the same as mine.... the obvious solution is to weight the vote in relation to the about of vendors a person has tried but the obviously make the whole thing a tad complicated!

Add one for Vape Moar for me.
I am not one to buy 'inexpensive' juice because I have wasted some serious bucks doing that (no matter how cheap it is a waste of money if you pour it out) I have tried ITC and MBV and Tmaxx. No bueno on all three of those.
I am surprisingly pleased with Vape Moars Bakers Bean. Smooth vanilla with no bad taste, good in flavor and lots of vapor

I've got the Apple Pancakes, Peach Cobber and Strawberry Banana Pudding steeping away as we speak. It just got here two days ago - my 2nd order with them. They do take a couple of days to ship, but I'm okay with that. I'm pretty optimistic about all three after trying all three FOOB on a Royal Hunter.

Affordable Vaping of NY
Strawberry Banana Pudding - the strawberry and the pudding kind of eclipse the banana. Three outta five stars.
Apple Pancakes - yuck. Not for me. Not sweet enough!
Peach Cobbler - Perfect. Five stars - tastes just like the real thing!
