Tornado batt....need help

I have a tornado batt that has a jacked up button....will stay jammed on for a day or so then work fine for a few days. Im sick of this thing!!!! Has anyone replaced a switch or modded one of these??? I know it wont look great if my dremmel meets this batt but at this point I will wire and tape a button to it.....

i hear rumors that the buttons on these might stick a little ...and sometimes just turning the button counter clockwise a quarter to a half a turn will fix it...something about a sharp edge or something on the button inside the casing....won't guarantee that'll fix yours...just that it's helped some people

If the battery is ready for the dremel, why don't you squirt a little WD-40 on the button. Can't break the broken right?

I had a Tornado battery that was quite 'sticky', when it got stuck, I basically smashed it with my thumb until it loosened; it doesn't do it any more.

I never did have much finesse.
