Where Can I Get A......? Tornado Battery

Best supplier for Tornado Battery,?
One of the Tornado Battery gets hot, when I try to recharge, assuming it needs to be replaced. I have the other one on the charger, and it is cool to the touch, so I ruled out the charger , therefore it must be the batt...hope I am right. I purchased the unit from TW, which is a good company, however, I would like to know if there is someplace else I can purchase the tornado battery, and maintain quality, at a lower price.
