I placed my order on 12/23 and had really hoped it would ship before Christmas. according to TW's website nothing has happened. I guess they took off early for the holidays and now I am left high and dry. I only have a day or two of juice left so I guess I will be back to cigs while I await my shipment. what a bummer...

what a complete surprise. I ordered from Eastmall and from TW on the same day. the stuff from China arrived already and the stuff from TW just shipped this morning.
I really wish it had worked out the other way because I have enough hardware to last a while but I am back to cigs until the juice gets here.

OMG Genesis... looks like we are in the same boat almost. I need hardware (510 atty's on their last legs) and hoped that my TW order would come in soon, wanted to try the screwdriver so ordered that and another 510 kit from them. Got 180 ml of eliquid coming in from China cause there wasn't much variety in their sample sized bottles (not the fruity type) and 18 and 11 doesn;t do it for me. Hopefully I won't have to drip into my coffee. j/k
The major reason I chose TW was the office listed in Fla in hopes of fast shipping to the backend of GA. That was the only thing that I found might be worth the premuim prices.

Heavens Gift did not ship over the holidays or weekend either. They just got it out first thing Monday morning. I did read on the website that TW was closed on Boxing day (Monday). Was that both US and UK locations? Who knows?
I placed an order on the 24th and the status on the website still hasn't been changed to shipped. I was hoping they would ship Mon or Tues at the latest (allowing plenty of time for the holidays). Two business days is more than reasonable for shipping. My last atomizer died yesterday so I'm trying my best to hold off on buying some analogs.

It was on the the site that they would be closed after 1pm on 24th and reopen Tuesday. You guys have got to learn to plan for the holidays.
well that makes me feel even worse because somebody must have seen my order from the previous day and still didn't ship it. I'd be vaping now had they taken the time.
I have a couple thoughts...
1. it is kind of sad that my overseas order arrived days ago yet I am hoping for my stuff from TW sometime next week.
2. these analogs suck...

Really now!.. Well I actually called their CS lin on TUEDASY and got no answer either. My shipment however arrived today! and no it was not posted til 12/30.
my TW order finally arrived last night! man, that was the longest week and a half I have ever had to wait...
I will still be ordering from TW and will still recommend them to my friends but I will warn everyone that they take their time to get around to shipping orders. it took 4 working days to ship my order and it was just in stock items.
