You can take it that way, but I think it's up to the buyer as much as the seller to make that call. If he/she thinks that's the case, I'm sure they'll take care of it.

I guess it makes sense to stick to a policy of not engaging in discussion of individual concerns in the forums. I'd probably do the same.
