On Sunday this week m entire backpack kit was stolen from the roof of my car while trading it in a a dealership. My wife was 10 feet away. I lost hundreds of dollars in batteries, carts, liquid. I always carry a ton of stuff.
Well Sunday night I ordered a close out 510 mega kit that included a ton of goodies and a 5 battery charger. I put a notation on the order that I lost my stuff. My item was shipped first thing monday morning and on my doorstep this morning. Fantastic customer service.
