They try to present themselves as a professional company, but are unable to back it up. Their customer service is non existent. If you happen to get a hold of someone through an email, it is like dealing with a junior high school student.

They do not try and fix problems. They are cheap, and will give you an extremely difficult time over the most simple of issues. They have no customer loyalty, and act like they couldn't care less about your business.

The juice is very good. The products are presented in a professional way.

My experience with the UK site has been acceptable, nothing more, nothing less, meaning there haven't been any disasters. I ordered the stuff, it comes on time, and has been accurate. Their customer service is still lacking though. A USB charger died the week I got it. I contacted them and they said they were willing to replace it. However, I paid shipping costs, and their was no reimbursement or anything thrown in to make it worthwhile for me. In the end, the shipping cost, costs almost half of what the charger costs initially.

The US site is where the real complaints begin. Simply a nightmare to deal with in every way.

The two websites need to coordinate with each other. They have the same sales, but at slightly different times, which confuses the hell out of customers. People think they have the right sale dates, and then they go to order only to find out it was for the other website.

Overall, the products and the juice are of a high quality. The prices are very high, but they would be acceptable if the service was reliable and the customer service was strong. I don't mind paying more for a little peace of mind. However, due to that not being the case, I am finding other companies to use.

I sincerely hope they improve on these issues so that I can buy their products, because I like them and would prefer to, but I will wait until I hear more positive reviews that show some change.

It's expected that every company has it problems. I've dealt with TW USA on a number of different occasions with no problems. Issues are quickly resolved and compensation is made for shipping defective products back to them (on the rare occasion that occurs).

The owner of TW UK has recently spent time in Florida whipping the USA site back into shape. I'm sure I could point out a larger percentage of people who are satisfied with TW than those that are dissatisfied. They run their own forum and the owner seems to appreciate constructive criticism, and acts on it in an effort to improve the errors.

My experience with TW USA has been nothing less than stellar and they continue to be my number one site for hardware and liquids.

It's unfortunate when one has a bad experience with a company.

I was about to place an order with TW awhile back but something made me not... OH yeah the flame fest ranting of the supplier when he got called on the carpet about crap not getting corrected, and lack of actual service.

It went so far as to have the post locked and deleted making all sound all rainbows and sunshine.

No skin off my nose and better yet no money out of my wallet.

I have only ordered from them once - it was during a sale. The stuff arrived the next working day. I do not think I was lucky. I just think that maybe others may have been less lucky.

I am certainly not a big fan of TW for other reasons (over packaging and pretending that Chinese products were made in Darwen, Lancashire) but my experience was very good.

PS - I forgot to mention that they are quite expensive usually - probably because of the branding and packaging though!!

I have had both good and bad experiences with Totally Wicked
some orders came just fine...others not so fine. shipping was about 7 days for all orders (I'm in NY)

Their juice is good but very costly unless you get it on a sale.

as far as equipment ...I have had several problems
out of a 5 pack of batteries - 3 were bad
one usb passthough blew the first use :(
one 5 battery mega charger - 2 of the 5 slots didn't charge the batteries at all

Any supplier can get bad product.
I didn't return any of it because when i called they weren't very nice/friendly and to pay the shipping didn't seem worth it...not to mention taking the time to pack it back up and drop it at the post office is a pain in the behind...i just wont order accessories (chargers) anymore from them.

Well I used TW a lot as a starter and must admit that the lass on the `phone was helpful and and also trusting when I reported a short order. My discount code didn`t work, I rang them and and they sent goods more than the value of the discount.

However, since meeting and sharing with other vapers I do think that their prices are just so very high. £19.99 for 30 mil of juice!!!!!!!! I will admit that the juice is good but I have found that there are much better prices out there and still decent service.

For me it has been a learning curve and as my sophistication with vaping has grown so I have moved away to other suppliers.

Fair play to Mr. Cropper, he made it easy to become a vaper but at the end of the day, over packaging does nothing for me. I would rather pay less and stil get a decent service.

This doesn't appear to be only me. The problems I described above are pretty consistent unfortunately.

You also sound like the people in this site who are always kissing ..... It doesn't sound genuine. You sound like an infomercial or something.

Since this was apparently directed at me.....

I reward good service by posting positive comments about a company. If posting my positive experience is "kissing ...." then so be it.

If order numbers are sequential with this company, and since I order at least once a month from them, they are processing several thousand orders in a month. Odds are there are going to be problems with several orders with a company doing that amount of business. And if they are doing that amount of business, it appears that there is a significant amount of consumer trust with the company.

I order from other sites also, and get the same exemplary service from those other sites, and have posted my positive comments in the appropriate forum topics.

Have a great day....

Problems are to be expected anywhere, but there is no excuse for poor customer service.

TW has presented themselves in a very professional way, and that is why people are buying from them. I know, that's why I did. I then became a fan of their juice, and they became my go to company.

I have also bought from other sites, and there have been problems before, but the customer service has been nearly perfect. There are a lot of businesses out there that are really working hard at making the customer happy.

The bottom line is that TW's customer service is severely lacking, and it's not just me. I read the forum and see people with the same issues I have, so don't try to pretend this is something rare or only to do with me.

I just want TW to get their stuff together because I like the products. But like I said earlier, I am about done with them. They won't get my money anymore.

That's certainly your choice. As consumers, we vote with our wallets. If you have a bad experience with a company, why would you continue to do business with them?

I was just pointing out, that your experience may very well be the exception rather than the rule.

Just as you can point out 10 people who have had problems with this company, I can point out hundreds, who continue to do business with them.

I just checked my previous orders for the order numbers. Like I said, if they are sequential, then TW filled approximately 17,406 orders between the end of July and the beginning of December.

I'm not trying to argue with you. Like I said, if a company fails to meet your expectations, then by all means no longer do business with them.

I'm just pointing out my opinion of the company.... "kissing ...."... if you will. But I get nothing for "kissing ....", no extra juice, no freebies, nothing. Not even a thank you.

so.... whatever.....

Hey hey hey now folks CS is a fine line and something you either strive for or only do part way..

Please to not start flaming each other.. I do not want to see this thread go to the magic trashcan in the sky.

Nah, throwing threads in the trash can is more or less left for the TW forum. They love deleting threads that speak anything but love about them.

My first juice order was from them. Took 7 days to get to me and I libe less than 100 miles away. 6 days for them to ship and less than 24 hours in USPS. When I placed my first order I called them the same afternoon to add to my order. Guess what, even though they where 6 days from shipping it I still had to pay double shipping. At the end of the day both orders came in the same box! To me that speaks volumes about their lack of care for their client base. Maybe if they took some of the money they spend on the excessive packaging and spend it on a customer service department they would fare well. Or if they just stopped charging $20 for a $5 battery that would help too.

Hmmm ... I have so far only ordered once from TW.uk. There was something missing (it was during the sale) and wrong with two attys, and they immediately sent me an SAE with the missing bits, which arrived days later.

They are not exactly cheap, but what the heck, the prices are clearly labeled. The only thing I dislike a lot are the very hefty shipping costs to Germany. Those sure will keep me from ordering a lot from them.

Yeah, they actually have the best attys in existence! They were the first Ihad dealt with and I have been using the 2 atty in their kit since October and STILL running strong! I don't ever clean them or anything and I vape hard. Got my finger on the trigger for 10-12 seconds all day long. They are worth it, but i buy my batts in this country, Rocky Mtn Vapor is the BEST.

Once in a sale I got 15 attys for my prodigy, the black 801's, love the little decal, but the 15 lasted less than 2 months. It was not me or the prodigy, it was the attys. I now have the BE112's and a atty is lasting over a month. No glowing red hot, no sizzling, just pumps out the fog. And because I got the 5 packs, no warrenty on them.
