Not a reply but a question about one particular flavor from TPA/TFA. I went to a page that had all types of TPA/TFA recipe's on it. In a whole lot of those it list's Ethyl Maltol as an ingredient . When you go onto the TPA/TFA website it has Ethyl Maltol but in a Note on that page it says:
"Note: you can also find this item listed as Cotton Candy in our Professional Flavors Category, located in the Flavor Apprentice portion of our website"

So the question is (since I have TFA Cotton Candy and not Ethyl Maltol actual) can it be used in the recipe's and not hurt them? One would think so, but has anyone actually done it?

Every flavor I have is from TFA/TPA. Some 20 bottles from 4ml to 15ml ones of various flavors. Just trying to learn and experiment.

Hi everyone,
I have been searching for a grape Limeade recipe (TFA) only and I am having no luck. I have almost every flavor from the website but whenever I try to make any E liquid on my own I always fail. I can just never get the flavors right. I have even looked up the best ways to test flavors and how to combine them but I think smoking has just destroyed my taste reception. Please if anyone has this recipe I would greatly appreciate it. I am even attached to the PDF google doc that also has many great recipes that I do greatly enjoy.

To answer your question simply, Yes, Yes you can. the Cotton candy is just 10% EM in PG. you can use it. also when most people's recipe call for 1-2% EM, they are assuming that your EM/cotton candy it already a 10% dilution.

how about we try 10% grape candy and 5% lemon lime and 1% EM in a 5 mg tester normally would do a 2% on the em but with the grape candy should not need as much so if you dont have the grape candy use a regular grape juice or whatever grape flavor you have and bump up your em a bit. I will try this when I get done eating you make one I will make one and we can report back our findings once we tweak it to perfection.

Ok cremonies here is what I got the first test was lacking and missing something so yes added my fall back flavor smoother.
10% grape candy
7% lemon lime
3% champagne
2% EM

gave it a good shake two hot baths and vaped it up quite tasty may tweak it a bit more but you should be good there at the very least as a starting point.

Is this something you want added to the report? If so, name it please.

Davinna I made up a batch of your Dutchess with one addition I added 0.25% of Jalapeno. I find that when using chocolate much like in cooking a bit of chili pepper really makes the chocolate pop out.

Interesting. I never would have thought of that. I'll have to get that on order.

Hadn't seen many Banana Nut Bread recipes, so I thought I'd try one out. Came out pretty tasty. Feel free to critique, suggest, criticize, etc.

All TFA
8% Banana Nut Bread
2% Vanilla Cupcake
2% Sweetner
2% EM
80/20 PG/VG 8mg

30 min or so in an ultrasonic, 24 hours with the cap off, and a week on the shelf. Not sure if all that is necessary, but it's usually what I do before trying anything I make.

Looks like a good one; I have mixed together a version similar in the past and added 2% Banana Cream to the Banana Bread recipe, just to give it a small amount of banana taste. I have noticed many prefer the Ripe Banana, but that one to me has too strong a pop of banana candy even in smaller amounts. Just a thought. Either way, looks good!
