Yea, I didn't have any banana cream at the time, but I do now. Was just thinking of subbing that for the sweetner next time. As I'm sitting here vaping it though, it tastes pretty good. I'll have to give it some time and let some friends try it out. I've heard that the ripe banana is pretty strong and you only need 1% or less. Might try it as well at some point, but I haven't felt the urge to buy that one yet. Thanks for the feedback.

So I tried making a Banana Cream Pie for a friend of mine.

The one she liked the best was
15% TFA Banana Cream
3% TFA Graham Cracker
2% Vanillin

She said it reminded her of the banana flavored laffy taffy. No exactly what I was going for :p

Any suggestions how to make it closer to Banana Cream Pie?

I would probably cut back on the banana cream down to 10%
add 3% bavarian cream
add 2.5% coconut
and were I feeling adventurous 0.05% of cinnamon spice I would not want to taste this just round out and pull the flavors together

This is not my recipe and I want to give credit where credit is due but here is one of the best RY4 blends that I've had. The credit goes to Stephen Stafford (stevo123).

Stevo's RY4
10% TPA RY4 Double
5% TPA Caramel Original
3% TPA Bavarian Cream
2% TPA Sweet Cream
3 drops TPA Brown Sugar per 10ml

3 more before a NEW report!

This one turned out really well after a two week steep. Surprisingly mellow, with kind of caramel and coffee undertones.

Zzyzx
Clove 2%
RY4 Asian 10%
Vanilla Custard 5%

I mixed this at 30/70 PG/VG with 2% water mix (equal parts of distilled water, .9 saline [mentioned in the DIY Master Techniques thread], and distilled white vinegar).

Edit: fixed recipe URL

Had to add to Vanilla Custard 5%, *** contains both "Custard" ingredients (acetoin and acetyl propionyl)

EDIT: 2 more to go!

Paddy you did get Divinna's Duchess recipe? As if not I will most assuredly give it a vote.

Thanks, I'm vaping this right now. I've finally gotten a bottle to about a week of steep and the tobacco has come to the surface. What I really like about it is with each vape a different flavor comes to the top :vapor:

I didn't realize there was a voting process too. Cool. If a recipe doesn't get votes, is it kicked off the report?

NO..NO..NO.. These are not value judgments, just opinions.!!!!!!! Good point though. I think I'll add a note to the report to that affect. TNX....

Thanks for a great thread…. i've been using single flavor TFA juices so far, but i do mix a couple different flavors when i drip.

this is dumb but for some reason I'm not seeing the logic in following recipes here by %….

If I find that ie 10% is good for a couple of flavors used alone… (flavor 1 and 2) , if I were to combine them in a recipe it would look like this?
5% flavor 1
5% flavor 2
correct?

So by following the recipes included in this thread where multiple flavors are included, the given various % for each flavor are straight up input in a recipe calculator as is?
