Been working on my "Blue Dragon Cream" for a little while. My friend says it's her ADV now, but I just feel that something tastes off. Either it needs something, or more tinkering with the percentages of what's already there.
If you try it, let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks!

Hello All,

I am new to DIY e-juice but very excited to get my feet wet. I am vaping zero nice and like my flavors sweet and strong. Been playing around with the following calculator: https://www.filesanywhere.com/fs/v.aspx?v=8b6b63875e6271a86f9f

I would love to get some recommendation from you all on what I should try mixing. Below is a list of TFA flavors I purchased:

Apple Flavor - TFA
Bavarian Cream Flavor - TFA
Black Cherry Flavor - TFA
Blackberry Flavor - TFA
Blue Cheese Flavor - TFA
Blueberry (Wild) Flavor - TFA
Brown Sugar Extra - TFA
Butterscotch Flavor - TFA
Cheesecake Flavor - TFA
Cinnamon RedHots Flavor - TFA
Cinnamon Spice Flavor - TFA
Cinnamon Sugar Cookie Flavor - TFA
Coconut Extra Flavor - TFA
Cranberry Flavor - TFA
Double Chocolate (Dark) Flavor - TFA
Dragonfruit Flavor - TFA
Dulce de Leche Flavor - TFA
French Vanilla Flavor - TFA
Graham Cracker Flavor - TFA
Hawaiian Punch Flavor - TFA
Hazelnut Flavor - TFA
Holiday Spice Flavor - TFA
Honey Flavor - TFA
Honeydew Flavor - TFA
Juicy Fruit Flavor - TFA
Kiwi (Double) Flavor - TFA
Koolada - TFA
Lychee Flavor - TFA
Malted Milk Extra (Conc) - TFA
Mango Flavor - TFA
Menthol Liquid (PG) - TFA
Milk Chocolate Flavor - TFA
Orange (Sweet) Flavor - TFA
Orange Cream Flavor - TFA
Peach (Juicy) Flavor - TFA
Pear Flavor - TFA
Pecan Flavor - TFA
Pina Colada Flavor - TFA
Pineapple Flavor - TFA
Pizza Flavor - TFA
Pomegranate Flavor - TFA
Raspberry (Sweet) Flavor - TFA
Ripe Banana Flavor - TFA
Root Beer Flavor (Tri) - TFA
Sour Flavor - TFA
Strawberry (Ripe) Flavor - TFA
Sweet Cream Flavor - TFA
Sweetener - TFA
Toasted Almond Flavor - TFA
Toasted Marshmallow Flavor - TFA
Vanilla Cupcake - TFA
Vanilla Swirl Flavor - TFA
Watermelon Flavor - TFA
Whipped Cream Flavor - TFA
White Chocolate Flavor - TFA

You can make alot of good juices from these...

Look up Red vs Blue and make that one......substitute Blueberry extra for your Bluberry wild..(bump the blueberry up 2% totaling 8%)

Juicy fruit is a good stand alone at 8% to 10%

Hawaiian punch is a good stand alone.

Many things mix good with vanilla cupcake (chocolate, strawberry etc...)...some like it as a stand alone.

Almond and choc and coconut makes Almond joy candy bar

(suggestion: get Blueberry extra and Double choc clear next time) Clear vapes cleaner...wont gunk up coil as quick as a dark choc.

:toast:

Doesn't sound like your ready to have this included. Try this calculator. Things should always add up!

This assumes you want a 50/50 final mix and are using a 50/50 nic base.

Yeah, I knew it wasn't ready and as I said it needed some tinkering. I was looking for suggestions from TFA users. I don't know why I didn't just try the juicemeup calc. as I do have it installed. I've been using another one and no matter what I did it wouldn't add up right. I ended up just deleting the recipe and starting over, now the numbers add up. I wonder if that's why the juice tasted a bit off to me.
Anyway...

After redoing it and speed steeping it a bit, I tried some in my dripper and it tastes better. That little difference in the numbers apparently made a bigger difference than I thought. Thankfully that's the only recipe I've had that issue with. :)

Anyone tried both TPA Coconut Extra vs Coconut Candy? I'm assuming the Candy is just a sweeter (and less strong) version of Coconut?

The coconut is strong and good. The regular cotton candy is a sweetner. The other one tastes like cotton candy (I think its called cotton candy blue? or circus ?) Someone will corrrect me with the right name.

This is correct, in my experience. Coconut candy is sweeter, as you'd expect, and really good in dessert-type mixes. Coconut extra is great in fruity mixes. But you can also interchange them when you need to.

If I was eating all this instead of vaping I'd weigh 300 lbs. Think my wife is a bit jealous, she's not a smoker or vapor, but all these flavors have her snooping around me like a dog at a dinner table. Wonder if vaping and all these flavors has helped anyone on a diet?

I agree, good thing I'm vaping it, not eating it. I don't know if it ever helped anyone on a diet. It might backfire, like when you smell something great and suddenly you must have it! Like the smell of fresh-baked bread. Or apple pie. Great, now I'm hungry. See what I mean?

yep, over the last couple of years, i've re-aquainted myself with all kinds of candies that i swore off 40 years ago…. damn… it took me a few months to get that out of my system and now I have to remind myself that this is all the junk i get and its an "all you can vape" deal! :)

I think this went sideways but I get both points, if you were making two at once.

I'm going to need some Coconut Candy, I tried 2 different Almond Joy recipes and the coconut is overpowering yet not sweet. Thanks for the input.

Does anyone have experience with Cappuccino? I checked the master list and only found Caramel Cappuccino. I would rather make a mocha/chocolate capp than caramel, which is I opted for the flavor by itself.
