I made Tropical Peach from the wonderful recipe book compiled from these posts (thank you Paddymx). I did add 2% Cotton Candy (TFA) and I report the result is fabulous. The original recipe did not call for any EM so try this in the original format before adding EM. Here is a link to the TFA Recipe Book.

I dunno, Paddy. After reading your post, I just ordered it, no prescription was asked for. Now let's see if it gets here. Shipping was kind of pricey by the way.
Keep me posted and let me know. I am still experimenting and am down to .25%, I must be sensitive because I can tell an after taste but I don't use salt except what is included in foods that I can not control!

still playing with flavor percentages and diff blends, but my taste is all messed up from overvaping/dehydration... i didnt toss the juice tho maybe it can steep awhile lol.

As a general note to all: Please indicate if a recipe is in development so it is not added to the report. Would save me a bit of work. Thanks.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Update on the Medline saline solution. It, literally, just arrived by FedX. It is marked as "Sterile 0.9% Normal Saline, USP" It also says "No antimicrobial or other substance added". The only caution is "Not for Injection". From the label I'm confident it is pure, sterile, .9% saline.

Yep, that's the same saline we use (.9% sterile saline; no additives; not for injection) - it's great for rehydrating your eyes, too :)

We use it in ALL of our juices. Our "base" is 80% VG; 9% distilled water; 9% sterile saline .9%; and 2% PGA (pure grain alcohol). We make 16oz bottles of it and keep it in the fridge (warm it up in hot water when ready to use it). Then we plug it into the calculator as "VG" for our mixes.

You will not be able to taste the salt at all when vaping...but it will help keep your mouth/throat from becoming so incredibly parched. The saline is (truly!) indispensible for bakery flavors & chocolates...and it makes many other flavors 'pop'. Even tho we use only VG and VG nic - we've never had to increase the flavors from any recipe - and we've lessened the percentages on quite a few.

Mix up a small test batch of anything with 5-10% saline and the same without saline. Unless you hit an 'odd flavor', you won't believe how much better the one with saline is!

Our local 'mom & pop' (very old) drug store keeps it in stock for 'wound irrigation'...and we get 500ml for around $8. So if you have an old-time drug store, you could check there. Also at Wally-world/similar you could check with the pharmacist (ask for .9% sterile saline for wound irrigation or for eye-washing). But typically they'll tell you (lie): "prescription only" or point you to something that has a bunch of other junk added (for eye-washing/wetting).

'Best bet is likely Amazon...just type >>>9% sterile saline <<< or >>>saline .9<<< or >>>saline 9% sterile<<<...and you'll get pages of hits/selections.

Hey everyone I just made my first few flavors and I noticed that pineapple at 10% comes through but nothing else seems to taste like anything at all. Do I need to steep longer or bump it to 20%? I have only let them sit a few hours because I heard that you can vape them fine after that. Please help! :vapor:

Flavors play funny with each other. Your pineapple may be overpowering the others. One thing to remember is to much of a flavor actually diminishes the flavor rather than the other way around. As you didn't offer any details of the other flavors it would be hard to answer your question. Provide the %'s and maybe someone who uses pineapple will chime in.
