Clark and Katy congrats on the move up! I'm glad to see you're doing what needs to be done to survive the FDA insanity.

That being said, there is a little part of me that is worried having gone through numerous acquisitions in the various companies I have worked for. Everything looks good on paper then the rug gets pulled out from under you. I hope AI proves my fears as being unfounded.

Now what about the personal notes on the shipping invoice and the purple bags and the Zotz? Dude those have to stay!

I'm worried about this too. The juice is great and all, but there are other companies out there making great juice. Part of the Nicoticket magic is the connection we all have to each other. Ahlusion had some real growing pains recently, we are still talking about them, and it really changed things for a lot of people.

That would be my one wish too. Some of us have no choice in the matter. If it wasn't for the conversation I had with Clark I probably wouldn't be here right now. I honestly had already written Nicoticket off as one of those "PG companies". It's still tough at times watching short runs going by knowing that if I ordered it I'd only be able to add a little here or there. And right now my mixing options are limited because CLS and CB just aren't flavor profiles that work for me. Congrats on the new enterprise and it couldn't happen to a nicer group of people. Onward and upward! I hope you don't forget about us.

Ranier Cherry > Hummingbird.
It's awkward when it's a need rather than a preference. Yes we can get VG ones, but not always the top ranking ones.
I have two favourite companies: NT, and one in the UK.
Clark was very helpful when I first contacted him - still is, and I've been extremely happy with the ones I can get in max VG, very taken with plenty of the ones that aren't.
The UK one doesn't advertise VG options nor lower or zero nicotine, but I asked after reading good things about them early this year, and thankfully, they will/do make them in VG and any strength nicotine for me.
Neither company is totally similar with what they produce, so wishing for more NT in Max VG is literally the stuff dreams are made of for me, and no doubt many others.

I do agree with the PG sensitive crowd, it would be nice to offer different PG/VG ratios as well as a 3mg option on all flavors. Now that all major unions have been satisfied, I see a VG militia and 3mg mafia starting up in the near future :p
I can live with zero and .6mg because I can get anything right down to zero from mixing both, but PG is something that can't be removed, and I can accept that some flavours won't perhaps be as good in max VG, but with quality such as NT's, I personally would likely never know or notice the difference.
I'm just about getting by with adding 15-20% of things like Wakonda, H1N1, Got Cookie etc., to CB & CLS, but would love to be able to use them on their own! I can only imagine at the wonderful flavour they must have in their own right! Even those added 15-20% amounts affect my breathing if I use them too much each day.

Not criticising by a long way - just hoping fervently  :) I love everything about NT - especially 'the family.

I hope the core of what makes NT so very special remains as is too - it's unique in many ways that make it stand tall.

I hope that when the time comes, I am able to find your lineup in a local B&M, but so far the ones I have been to around me dismiss anything that isn't their own mix as ehh its ok, but you should try our _______.

I have some of the very same worries. The B&M store owners here in South Florida are nothing short of useless. I've had greater success talking to a concrete wall in most cases. I'm just thankful I have not needed their product or assistance during my vaping journey. I couldn't imagine being a new customer. I'd most certainly have resorted back to the coffin nails.

If all else fails I'll have to take a vacation to Omaha, Nebraska once a month and ship everything to myself before returning home. Though I'll continue to pray one day at a time it doesn't come to that.

Wholeheartedly agree! It's what keeps me coming back to smaller businesses and being more than willing to pay increased prices over their competitors. To me it's all about customer service and that feeling of being a valued customer.

Second guessing the FDA sounds hazardous. They may do little. Or not.

Most vapers will be happy to encourage best-practice, clean facilities and the expansion and capital injection you need to get there.

But if internet sales are banned....

Then the door to door Salesman will be reinvented :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'm so very proud of you and Katy and love you to the moon and back. Being part of something so special has been and continues to be a bright spot in my life. Thanks for letting me come along for the ride. Here's to the next phase of great accomplishments, may you continue to prosper with grace and integrity, dear NT family. XOXOXO

I guess I'm going to have to start going around to all the B&M's around here and start handing out NT business cards. I see a lot of Space Jam and Suicide bunny here in Columbus, OH, I'm hoping that at least one of the local B&M's will start carrying NT in the future as it would be nice to pick up some juice whenever I wanted. I will be order online a decent amount though as there are a lot of SR's that I consider my ADV or they would be if I wasn't scared of running out of them :)

Congratulations on all the success that has been had, you guys deserve it as to me you are hands down the best vendor out there, when it comes to quality, customer service, and the selection of yumminess is 2nd to none if you ask me. Just so glad to know that NT will make it through this regulation crap. VAPE ON NT FAMILY VAPE ON:vapor:

Hope for the best of this to all work out. I have walked in to a few B&M's and they usually ask what juice I prefer. I always get a "oh" when I mention Nicoticket. Then they know better to try to push their stuff. Kinda like comparing a Corvette to a Calvalier. I see how this move is mandatory for keeping up on thing's. I am happy with the top Ten. As I will continue to order directley from Nicoticket for as long as possible, I will be nice to finally see the brand in a store. There will be so many more NT fans. I hope It's not like band's " yea I liked them before they sold out" kinda thing.

I didn't mention this - but please be assured that we aren't going to forget where we came from. A little over a year ago we were virtually nameless, with a wholly untested and unknown product. A group of early adopters took a chance on a new company and made our dreams come true. That group, is you. There are some of you that have been around longer than others - but the people whom have supported us up to to this transition are, in my mind, the early adopters. We won't forget, you can believe that.

Congratulations to you and everyone else involved in this undertaking...as someone that is new to the whole vaping world (just about 2 months) it pleases me to read about a person/company that genuinely has it's "family" in mind.

Well done and nothing but good fortunes to you as you begin this new stage.

Sad to see RBF didn't make it to the eventually list of permanent SR's. :(

Nonetheless congratulations Kent on taking a big step toward to ensuring NT is around post apocalypse.

RBF will be a seasonal (summer) thing... the kind of thing we do once a year. Same with Be Mine (Valentines Day). Thank you for the kind words X!!

The additional production capacity and storage space will allow us much more flexability. After we've satisfied and can keep up with both the wholesale, and the permanent online offerings, we're anticipating hitting "seasonal offerings".

I would qualify that am still (and will likely always be) 100% owner of Nicoticket (unless Katy and I tie the knot, which is inevitable). The existing fulfillment process will stay exactly the same save for the fact that the occasional "ghetto bottle" will be a thing of the past. (The liquid will be pre-bottled and safety sealed, sorry, not going to dump half of it out and add a splash of something). Notes on orders, Zotz - none of that will change. As as aside, this is exactly what we are talking about with regard to engaging the community in locating and identifying "best-fit vendors." I don't mean to be crass - but I don't give a rats ... how much liquid a potential retailer sells - if they don't do business with integrity, we don't want our liquid in the store. We want to do business with retailers that our community TRUSTS - we'll grow exactly like we crew online... organically. (...and, we have a plan in place to reward you for qualified leads to best-fit retailers, details to come soon).

A few things:

1. Lineup looks good. I am curious what the reorder rate is on Gravity relative to the others though. Since it won an award I would imagine first order rate is high, but for me, BG blows it away. I'd rather see Refresh_v2 in that spot.

2. So is virus always going to taste the same? I rather enjoy the fact it takes a journey.

3. What's with the new pic for CLS? Why the citrus peelers? It makes it look lemon flavored.

Overall, good stuff. Looks like you're doing everything right. My CC thanks you for break on SRs.

Finding (or starting) a local supplier is going to be in all of your best interest - it might take a little sleuthing, but we're very much "plugged into" what is happening with the FDA. Online sales being banned is not an IF, it's a WHEN. Thankfully we are in the right place at the right time to diversify. The future of "open-system-vaping" (new buzzword, learn it and learn it well) is in the B&Ms. Do I like it? Honestly, no. But - 99% of those B&Ms will not be in a position to make the kind of investment that will be required to responsibly produce eLiquid (read, the shops that are mixing in the back room). They will be required to purchase liquid that is made responsibly - and we intend to be one of those providers.
