This is exactly what we are trying to avoid by organically growing the wholesale business. We believe this group of people is the heart and soul of the company. We are entrusting YOU with determining how and where we grow. In my mind - that alleviates any issue with the whole "they sold out" piece since this isn't a unilateral move on my part - if you see Nicoticket on the shelf, it's because that shop is somehow connected to this group of people and has been "approved" by at least one or two of us.

Since there appears to be only one of us out here, I really think Katy should come and lead the selection team. :D
And, if we give Taki' enough lead time he can come back and help too . . .

Pity you'll be governed by the same laws, whatever they'll be ...or we could all move there and have Clark & Katy set up a town called Nicoticket! ;)

Finding (or starting) a local supplier is going to be in all of your best interest - it might take a little sleuthing, but we're very much "plugged into" what is happening with the FDA. Online sales being banned is not an IF, it's a WHEN. Thankfully we are in the right place at the right time to diversify. The future of "open-system-vaping" (new buzzword, learn it and learn it well) is in the B&Ms. Do I like it? Honestly, no. But - 99% of those B&Ms will not be in a position to make the kind of investment that will be required to responsibly produce eLiquid (read, the shops that are mixing in the back room). They will be required to purchase liquid that is made responsibly - and we intend to be one of those providers.

That is going to be a problem for me. Closest B&Ms to me are over 40 miles away. I don't have the finances to start one myself and doubt the town I live in could support one.

Maybe you'll be able to keep selling your line of juices online if you sell it without nicotine... I'm happy to add my own if it allows me to continue to buy online. Of course, since I live in Omaha, I will find a way to drive over and buy it right off the assembly line!

Nope, the FDA has included zero nic juices in their deeming. They are now considered a "tobacco" product...

Google maps says it's a 5.5 hour drive from Plymouth, MN to Omaha, NE. I would likely make the drive twice yearly and buy a few 500ml bottles -vs- buying in some head shop in St. Paul or hipster joint in Dinkytown.

Maybe we can work something out where I meet you half way!

I still don't get how they can say that about a bottle of innocuous stuff ...but, what about a bottle of concentrate without nicotine ...could be used for making chocolate cookie flavoured rice pudding for instance, or GCD for flavoured custard tarts.
Surely they can't stamp on every bottle of flavoured liquid?

It is certainly going to put a crimp on bakery flavorings....
