no don't check it. Put the Reo, batteries and charger in your carry-on, have an empty clean bottle on the reo. I always carry two 20 or 30 ml bottle of juice in a plastic baggie. Take the baggie out and put it in a bin with your shoes and belt. If I want to carry more juice or batteries I pack those in checked luggage.

If you check it, you could end up with lost luggage. they usually get it too you late that nite or the next day. But image several hours in airports and on planes, stress of lost luggage and no ecig for another 24 hours:evil:

I just bought my first reo grand, can't wait for it to arrive! I haven't even seen it yet, and am already nervous of losing it during our vacation to Florida in December. I was thumbing through this thread looking for the best way to get through Security with a reo, batteries, charger and juices. Would it be best to pack the items separately, maybe leaving the juice and batteries/charger in the checked luggage, and carrying the reo with me? This will only be my second time flying and am already super nervous as it is...
Appreciate any packing tips! Thank you!

Hi Fresco - Congrats on your Reo and welcome to Reoville. Do post a picture of your Reo when you have it. And tell us how you find the vape. I shall be doing my first travel with my Reos beginning November to Washington DC. Will be doing it the way FB suggests, but will be taking extra batteries in my carry-on. Long travel for me with a stopover in Amsterdam. Think I will put the batteries separate in a plastic baggie.

Terrific! Thanks for the feedback. I will surely take your advice!
I ordered everything last Friday, and received my batteries, charger and juice today; hopefully my Reo will arrive this week! I'll be sure to post a pic (if I can figure out how)!

Are you checking the tracking to see where your REO is now? You will need to sign for the package. If you didn't get the email from PayPal check your spam folder.

Just flew for the first time with my Reo today, did a day trip so two flights. Reo and three bottles of juice in the bin with my shoes and two batteries in the carry on. No issues. I left about 1/4 of inch of juice in the Reo bottle. I also loosened the bottle and blew the juice in the tube back into the bottle and then retightened before take off. No leaks or auto feed. To stealth vape in flight I just dripped directly into the RM2 instead of bottom feeding.

wow, nice lineup. Do you carry-on all of those or checked baggage?

To be honest, this is a road trip so no TSA . I'M out here for three weeks and because I drove I literally brought all my stuff, including some DIY supplies. Gotta have some way to pass the evenings...

The last time I flew I checked four reos and only took an ego in my carry on. That was when I had my "incident".
