Put in my order for my trip today, I leave next friday for australia - DFW to somewhere to Sydney. Heading out for 3 weeks, I'll let you know how it goes.

As I understand it, ecigs are illegal in Aus for some ......ed reason, so it should be interesting, but I've read on the aussie board here that I shouldn't worry, seems a fair few aussies vape, just order from overseas.

Also going to be seein my folks and friends for the first time in about 6 years - they all still think I smoke, so hoping this'll be a nice surprise for them.

They're illegal in Mexico, too, and I didn't have any problems there. It was funny - a local was asking me about my VK, and I told him that unfortunately e-cigs were illegal in Mexico. He said, "Well, then, that would be the perfect business to be in down here!"

Enjoy your trip! You should have no problems what so ever. I have entered the country numerous times with all of my ecig gear in tote (Granted I was a uniformed crew member, but regardless... legal is legal)

I have also taken my gear into coutries where customs and immigration along with security can be nightmares with no issues such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel... The list goes on and on.

Have a great time, you will be so greatful to have your PV on that looooong flight. Hopefully you are flying Qantas and will be on a nice comfy Airbus A380!
