Is it the nic, PG or VG in it that I am sensitive to? I have tried juices with nic level 18mg, 12mg, 8mg and diluted the juice with VG etc. I know I need to experiment a bit more and maybe mixing my own juices. Any tips may make my life easier.
I am using ego-v6, ego-vv, ego-c with ce6, ce4 and ego-c carts.
This makes virtually no sense (I don't mean that you don't make sense)... I just have never heard of someone trying all these combinations and still always getting harsh hits.
Harsh hits come from poor atomization. That happens when:
1) Ohms and voltage are mismatched.
2) Atty/carto is gunked up.
3) Atty/carto is too dry or too wet (flooded).
4) Nic and, to a lesser extent, PG add TH
Also could be
5) Sensitivities I guess.
So if you can eliminate most the the above, do the DIY thing like you have already suggested and eliminate one ingredient at a time. You'll have to have both PG and VG nic bases to pull that off, as well as plain PG and VG along with a flavoring.
Maybe try a standard atomizer on the eGo-vv and dripping. Eliminates a lot of variables. Don't get a "special" dripping atty or anything. A normal "standard" 510 atty will work for this.
Also remember to blow the primer out.
