Has anyone ever trimmed a woodvil switch to make it stand flush/better? Thought I would ask prior to carving

Not me. Have never really noticed one that stuck out too much. You made me cringe at the thought of carving! EWWWKKKK!

Someone had this issue last year, I remember reading about it. Probably an exacto type knife to fix it.

A KNIFE! Now I am scared for sure Bill! Let me see what I can find. I remember someone talking about it too. I knew it was the plastic switch and not the WOOD! LOL
I had to. Just used an exacto knife. Shaved a little at a time until it didn't wobble anymore. I put a couple layers of tape on the wood to keep from nicking it.

Your going to work on the button of your new one aren't you ??
I'm not a fan of those buttons, Rob said they are a higher quality but they don't feel right to me.
I think Rob mentioned he was sorry he switched too after a few issues.

I'm so hooked on cocobolo I don't even entertain the thought of any other wood.
