In my opinion no. The 14500 batteries are horrible. HORRIBLE! I love the size of the Woodvil minis, but got rid of mine because the batteries were so bad. The 18490 batteries are workable, anything smaller on a non-regulated device... just no.

I'd take the ebony mini and trade it for another wood.

Ah yes I thought of that but I would have to find someone that won't end a 14500.

Even though I don't want a 14500 mod the Ebony would be very tempting.

Well I respectfully declined Robs offer of the Mini. He didn't blame me and agreed on the 14500. I will just hold on to the cash in my PP and grab something off the classifieds if I see something I like. If not I will grab a mechanical when the next run comes out. Or both
