Triple V thumbscrew issue

Ive been using a triple V 3ml polypro tank for the past week or 2 and absolutely love it. My problem is now that it seems the thumbscrew seal isnt tight anymore and can just freely spin. Now the tank is leaking and spitting juice into my mouth. Anybody now a fix for this or is it done. I really love these tanks and thought id found my pefect setup and dont wanna just throw another vaping product in the garbage.
