Trouble creating account.

Thanks for the reply. I created a ticket with the problem before I even posted this. Just waiting for a reply, I was hoping it was something simple so I tried different browsers ect. Really hoping to get my order out soon so hopefully I hear back shortly.

aye, I tried as well got the same message...tried different computers as well. I just got a reply to try again or call....by the time i get off work, calling would be too late and the site as of this morning is still having the issue :/ so yeah...i'll just have to wait for the next sale

update Tiesel: If you are using a nickname tahts why it wont work :/ So if your names...robert and you put Bill, it wont work...you needs to put in robert. I just FINALLY got the account to create changing from nickname to fullllll name

Glad it worked for you man, I tried all kinds of things including my full name witch I generally use for business anyway. After receiving a response to my ticket this morning 10:16 that simply contained a short apology and phone number, I promptly called up Jess and had her create an account for me. If you do this you will want to change your password, I mention this because its located under your "Billing Info", it took me a while to find.
If you really need to create an account and can't afford to wait like me (my only mod battery charger failed) feel free to PM me for their direct line. Hope they are fast!
