hi all just got my grand and reomizers in the mail!
bulit a 1.7ohm coil with 30g wire and 2.5mm thread (both from the reo site)
using a 18650 battery and juice from alien visions

the problem im having is when i install the o ring between the atty and 510 connection on the grand i cant pull AT ALL. no air moving what so ever. if i remove the o ring i can pull, but not near what i should be able to. my atty works and i can vape it, but its just not doing it for me, i'm getting bigger draws from my bolt!
as i said i just got it so i dont know if i am sqonking to muck (which i doubt because i ran it dry a few times just to see) or if im overtightening (which i also doubt). running out of ideas
im sure it is something with the reomizer (operator error no doubt) because the grand works fine with a carto and the reomizer does the same thing on my other mods

That is strange as air is drawn through a small hole midway up the side of the Reomizer. You might try a toothpick in that hole just to see if its blocked. No matter what the coil setup, air should be moving through the atomizer. And I would certainly recommend using that o-ring. If you'd like to PM me, I'll gladly do what I can for you. I'm Ed btw.

As Ed told you the air intake is from that little hole in the side of the Reomizer. Most complaints are that it is too airy.

When you draw it is very stiff? Are you getting any vapor? You can put your finger over that little hole and see if there is any difference.

You should not see a lot of juice inside the Reomizer. Only enough to keep the wick wet.

Me thinks 1 of 3 things is going on here.

-1 like others have said your blocking the hole with finger
-2 you may be blocking the hole from the inside with your wick try popping your drip tip off and if need be push the wick down.
-3 you somehow ended up without a hole on the tube (accidents happen)

ok soi got 2 reomizers and neither have a hole in the side.....just the hole in the bottom of the 510 connection and the hole where the drip tip is inserted. no holes in the housing midway up. i guess maybe i got a factory goof? i guess i should contact reosmods through their website then.... thanks for all the suggestions, they are much appreciated!

are you sure you ordered reomizers from Rob, he has taken them offline and you need to request them via pm

well i ordered them from the reosmods site the same time i ordered the reo grand. about 5 days ago.
its labeled the phoenix rba i believe.
actually now that you mentioned it, i went back to the site to look it up and sure enough the picture shows a hole in the side as previously mentioned. no holes in mine, maybe ill just break out the drill right quick

The one you ordered is actually a dripping atomizer it will work on the Reo but it is not designed to feed from the bottom as it is solid. You have to email or Pm Rob for the actual Reomizer not your fault now that I think about it kind of confusing to someone who is not used to Reo's. To get the Remizer I believe there is a secret password but the others changed it and won't tell me !!!!!

well that doesnt make a lot of sense..... hard to get exited about what most are saying is the best APV out there if you cant get the right gear for it. why doesnt he sell them to everyone? i dont drip, thats why i ordered a bottom feeder. seems like a rouse to sell stuff that isnt compatible. the more i think about it the more dissapointed i get...

I will no longer be selling the reomiser . The atomizer is not durable enough for the average vaper . Until I have time to build one a truck can run over I wont be selling any rbas

It is a shame the atomizer works as good as the best on the market . I cant take the verbal abuse anymore . I have got some nasty and I mean nasty emails from people about the atomizer . I never tried to fool anyone I made it very clear its a mass produced atomizer modified for our mods . For those who have them and are happy with them there welcome to pm me I would be happy to sell them one . I have a box of them sitting in the shop .

This may explain it.

Its not that you cant get the best for the best IMO the best RBA is a Chalice and an Era or Hornet in that order both have their points that make them best IMO but no Rob doesnt sell them He is working on a near indestructible RBA to go with the Reo so hopefully zoo it will be available. Do you have any regular atty's ? 510's or 306's ?
