Trustfire charger lights stay green even when batt's are dead

I've had the charger 3 weeks with no problems. Today I put two batt's on the charger that each have 1/2 day use on them, an 18350 and 18650, and when they are plugged in light stays green.

Obviously, the light should be red when still dead/needs charging, then I'm time turns red......at least it WAS doing that. Is this a common problem or something that you guys have experienced?

Do you have a way to check you batteries voltage?

The Trustfire will not charge a battery that has been drained too far (below 3v or so).

That said, the Trustfire is also not a very reliable charger and may have failed.

They check out at 3.9-4.0.

I'll use it up some more tomorrow and see. What is the cutoff where it won't charge?

It should charge at 4.0 or so.

Too low would be 3.1, to 3.0v.

Well, so the problem was the button on the side was fliped on 3.2 instead 3.6. Duh!!
