I've been searching all the posts on this forum. The answer to my question is probably here somewhere, but so far I can't find it. The charger is pretty easy to read. It shows which way to put the batteries in to charge. So I inserted my used batteries from my first day vaping my new infinity, plugged the charger in and the lights turned green. This morning the lights were still green. Is this normal? I guess I was expecting red while charging and green when done. In case I did something wrong....I don't want to put them back in my infinity.

BTW...I can't even pick up my existing e-cigs to vape on. I'm using the infinity exclusively. I don't think I can go back. I just love it so much!!!!

Something doesn't sound right. When you put your batteries in the charger and plugged it in, you should have gotten red lights if the batteries needed charging. I just checked mine and IF the batteries are placed in that charger upside down, you will NOT get the red lights.
The positive ends of the batteries should be pointing up, or towared the word "Trustfire". Is this the case with yours now?

Sometimes when I put my batteries in the charger one or both lights is green. I just wiggle them or spin them a little so they make better contact and the light will turn red. (I make sure I put them in correctly first) These chargers are designed to take a lot of battery sizes, our 14430's being on the small side and you have to make sure they make contact,

Good luck!

It's a good idea to clean the contacts with alcohol from time to time. Don't soak them, just put a little on a q-tip or something and touch them up to keep any corrosion off them.

Since she just got all this, I don't think anything she has is very old. But one never knows battery age I suppose.
