UPDATE!!!!!
Last Night.
Dumped my juice from the AGR and cleaned it. Filed down the lip on the non-flange Raven carto. Assembled the tank completely with carto installed. Removed the fill hole screw and filled the AGR the way intended by the manufacturer through the fill hole with needle. Set in a small shot glass to see if it floods during assembly.
No current evidence of liquid or moisture anywhere on the 510 heads or anywhere else for that matter. Should be ready to roll, but will wait till morning to view it, since it happened overnight the 1st time.
Next Morning (today)
No liquid in the shotglass at all. Barely enough on the 510 connection to exist on my finger when wiping across the connection. I have an hour ride to work and vaped it on the way, loaded the AGR on my ego -c twist and still vaping at work. All is working well right now. I am appreciative of the help I've received here getting this resolved. I'm still not sure why I had issues with 3 different Raven cartos and 2 different tanks, but I'll keep an eye on it and try to figure it out. My original review on Gotvapes website regarding the Ravens still stands. I'll be retiring my "normal" cartos and buying these Ravens as I am extremely happy with the design concept not to mention the favor and the quality vape I am getting from them.
Now....when are we going to see non flange cartos we dont have to grind for the AGR? And do the flanged Ravens fit the UDCT Tanks?
