Trying to decide between brands and types

I'm new to e-cigs, and am having a hard time finding the right ones for me.
I started with a kit from Imperiale....but it's not working the best for me because their nicotine cartridges don't go low enough. I'm vaping the 0's now, but would like a bit of nicotine. I smoke Now's that only have 0.2mg of nicotiene in them, so I think that I probably need a 6mg or even a 4mg. I'd also like a slimmer, lighter e-cig if I can get one. The Imperiale is bulky and heavy. That leads me to my dilema.

Green Smoke has a 4 mg...but their cigs are as big as the Imperiale's

A friend smokes Cigaronix, which are much smaller, but their lowest nicotiene content is 6 mg., and I'm not sure if that's enough.

Can anyone shed some light on these brands, or others that might help?

Thanks!

Usually for newbies the suggested first vape is either a 510 or a model that uses a cartomizer.

I agree that it is better to get blank carts or cartomizers and your own e-liquid so that you can fill them yourself at what nic level that you want. By getting your own e-liquid, if the nic is too high, you can always cut it and make it lower.

First you must decide if you want to go with carts or cartomizers, in most cases cartos can hold more liquid but might be a bit more laborious to refill.

Keep in mind that if you get a 510 they do also make 510 cartomizers so you can try both carts and cartomizers with it.

I tried a 901 manual first, but it had both an atomizer and a cartridge and I didn't really like it. I got a Vapor4Life Vapor King automatic and I really like it a lot. Granted, I haven't tried any besides those two, but it's great at this point. Evidently you can get empty carts and juice from elsewhere which is compatible with it.

I started with a Volcano - they have 6mg carts and 0mgs if you want them, along with the higher mg carts, with several flavors. It's a smaller e-cig than a 510, side by side with my analogs it was a perfect match and not very heavy, it's slim, and has great vapor and flavor. I use Volcano's Magma (510) now, which is much bigger and heavier but really rocks as far as meeting my needs as an (ex) heavy smoker.
I know everyone has their favorite brands, Volcano's definitely mine! They've proven themselves to me to be top notch in customer service & in the e-cig's performance.

Whatever your choice, good luck, I hope you find a perfect match! :)

If you're looking for a small ecig, I'd suggest the 510 too. But, make sure that WHATEVER you order, you get a MANUAL model..not the automatic. Better control, more vapor, less effort.

I'd also agree with the others about buying your own liquid in the nic level you want.

Now, all that being said, WERE you a smoker? If you're vaping at 0 nic, are you still smoking cigarettes? If not, why are you looking for an ecig?

I have never used the brands you mentioned, but I do have the Joye510 and it was my first e-cig. I still use it to this day, & recently ordered the Ego for a better battery, but it allows me to still use all of my 510 carts and atty's if I want to. I agree with the other posters, you can order e-liquid in any mg you want. Check the ecf approved suppliers and the reviews on them, that should help you decide who to order from. Anyway welcome to the vaping world and good luck in whatever you decide!
