Trying to find out about my order...

I placed an order on December 30, invoice #0000007403. I've still not received a shipping notice. I was trying to allow extra time for the holiday so I waited to ask about it. I emailed the sales department yesterday and still haven't gotten a reply. I would really like to know if it has shipped or at least find out how much longer it will be. Any help would be appreciated.

be sure to check your spam folder. sometimes the oddest things get sent to spam then you have to go to your email carrier and check.

yep, it's not in my spam folder. sometimes my ecf notices get put in there but nothing besides thread replies in there.

Just heard back from them it was a little technical difficulties but they are making it right, so all is well.
