trying to get bck into vaping

So I vaped for a bit and the biggest trouble was finding a flavor, I finally found one and then my ego burnt out. so I put vaping down for a bit. I am now looking to get back into it, but with a mechanical device this time. There seems to be so much new going on from even just a few months ago, that I am struggling to keep up with the conversations in threads around the site..


I guess I am looking for someone to take me gently and hold my hand and explain a couple things for me so that I don't get burned overbuying, or picking up things that are not compatible with eachother.

I think I like the look of the reo, but am unsure what accessories I should be picking up with it or where to find them or how much of each I shoulkd be getting to keep me stocked..

so here's a few q's to start off the convo..

what is the deall with rvbs, Im not sure as I am typing this if that is the correct term, but someone said in another thread how people love them.

is a kick worth having?

You can get REOs at their site reosmods.com or, when you get verified you can check the classies, too. You'll need the feeder bottles (I think REO sends 2 with the unit), plus batteries, a charger for the battery, cartomizer or atomizer. That's the basics. Spares of O rings and other supplies wouldn't hurt. Bottom feeders are a different experience from you eGo, but once you get the hang of using one, it might spoil you for other things.

Personally, my bottom feeder is the Vmod...which I'm extremely happy with.

Most bottom feeders on the market now are mechanical...but some do offer variable voltage.

I assume you mean "RBA"...or rebuildable atomizers. I'll defer to people who know about such things.

thanks much for the response, I spent a few hours last night catching up on things around the site.

I picked up a reo grand, with some carts and atty's got the charger and batteries also. I did mean rba's, I read up on them and am having trouble choosing one. I want something that works well, with not much fiddling around, but it seems like everywhere I go everyone is sold out of the decent ones. was looking at the reomizer2, the evision ( i think), and one other I cant think of right now. anyone got any suggestions of other decent ones, that would fit on the reo grand?

If you have a Reo, then definitely go with the reomizer 2. It's very simple to set up, flexible about wicks and coils that you prefer, and produces really nice vapor/flavor.

The configurations that have been successfully tested so far:

regular horizontal 3mm coil with cotton or silica
horizontal micro coil
opposing dual coils
horizontal stacked dual coils
horizontal SS mesh wick
vertical genesis style SS mesh
