Turkish law?

As ecigs are banned in Turkey, I have some doubts:
I will go to Turkey for my vacation and was wondering if it is legal to use ecig there and import/export my ecigs + 30 ml ejuice there?

Sorry for you but in Turkey, possession or sale of e-cigarettes is prohibited.

Couldn't find exact reference to "possession of ecigs being prohibited", only that the sale and advertizing is banned?
