I have seen it posted on the Internet, that the TVECA (tobacco Vapor Electronic Cigarette Association) "represents the industry",yet they only seem two have two dozen or so members. There must be 100's if not thousands of vendors both online and brick and mortar across the globe. So I am a little confused.

Wonder why it is called tobacco Vapor?

I'm looking at the webpage now and it seems like it's an organization spearheaded by the guy that challenged the FDA from making ecigs into a "medical device" because it was a tobacco product - and the organization put the word tobacco into their name after that. It was originally formed in 2008. At that time, the org may well have represented the industry.

I just started looking at it, but at first glance it's an interesting website. They also seem to operate this series of webpages.

The story of Ray Story goes pretty deep.
And in the end it was NJoy that did the heavy lifting in the FDA lawsuit.

Yes, and by convincing Judge Leon that ecigs were not medical devices. Now they are turning coat in the UK and supporting the exact thing they fought against and won in this country. I wonder if they are using the same lawyers for this that they used here for the lawsuit against the FDA. Am I wrong here, or is this as two-faced as it appears to me?
