Oh my ex just paid a little tiny ($30) payment on the 40 grand he owes me in back child support. I wish I could play some more but grandbabies need Christmas presents and I don't think TW has anything appropriate for their age groups

I wish that would work, but he gets paid cash under the table. I would love to turn him in to his parole officer.
I don't have any kids. If I did, I would definitely do all within my powers to help. Having said that ...

On the one hand, raising a child wouldn't leave him much spending money either.
OTOH, it's hard to send any child support if you're homeless. But, that's HIS case, I don't know y'all's ... just sayin'.

Mine paid a whopping 57 dollars a week....The other one was 25 a week and both got behind up in the thousands. The thing is my hubby pays support so I have been on both sides and know how it is so I never went to have either of mine raised I left them at the low amounts.
I feel so sorry for people like your friend and his ex sounds so much like my hubby's ex going for the last drop of blood left

No flaming at all. My son pay thorugh the nose for their kids. That is why they still live at home. I see both sides, but since he ex just bought a new car he didn't need, I have issues with that.

Mine was ordered to pay $69.23 per MONTH for 4 kids and still didn't do it. I don't think the payers should have to suffer or the receivers. I don't understand why there can't be a fair compromise from both sides.
