Sorry for the (almost) language but these people at totally wicked [dot] com are putting me through the ringer and i am ....... I placed an order for a platinum DSE 901 starter kit over a week and a half ago and it still isnt here. Why? Simply because the sent my order to a completely differant adress then mine and on top of that they sent it in black. It was returned to sender for not being a real address and i have had to call them 5 times to get my order correct. They told me i would get another tracking number for the correct order that should of been sent out 2 days ago and i have not recieved the number and they havent sent my order out. Honestly im done with totally wicked and i hope that this info is helpful to other people because this is to much *BS* for a product that i can get for half the price.

If someone has a reliable supplier for DSE 901 parts please post it so i dont have to go through this again. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you guys very much. I'm just so fed up with mainstream un-satisfactory suppliers. First i went through Blu and i'm glad that i was able to trade and pass on my kit to someone that needs it but they are horrible to. I thought that Blu was the worst but quickly found out that TW is way worse. Ergh im going to stop venting.

Yet again thank you guys for a reliable supplier with good prices.

I do have to say that Mike at Analog Alternative, The Smoking Alternative was more than perfect when i ordered from him but he doesnt have 901 parts which i can understand. He just opened his shop.

Sorry for promoting a shop but that was the easiest purchase i have made regarding e-cigs since i started vaping.

Sorry that you had a crap experience with TW. I checked out madvapes, and they do have great prices on the 901 kit, but it looks like they only have black.

I would recommend RockyMountainVapor.com. Their kits aren't as cheap as madvapes, but they have the silver 901's (manual kits in stock when I checked, spare manual and auto batts in stock too). They are much cheaper than TW, especially since you get free shipping on orders over $14. I've ordered from them tons of times and have never had a problem. They also ship very quickly.

Hope you get your money back from TW and good luck in the future.

Wow ... I'd say 80% of the things I've heard about TW have been negative. It's understandable that things can go wrong - but the true test of any supplier, is how well they rectify the situation.

I feel bad for people who get sucked into a pretty looking website - equating it with professionalism of some sort. Thank God for ECF I guess.

Oh and you can't go wrong with madvapes or rmv. I've dealt with them multiple time and never had any problems.

Bigger isnt always better.

Seems almost like a pattern with the bigger companies. Getting so large that the quality and customer service drops. Ive heard plenty of stories about Blu and now TW.

I personally have never shopped at TW because their prices are inflated. Im not paying them $80 + shipping for something I can get for $50 or $60 plus shipping. Its the same product, they just slap their name on it. Well I hope for their sake that this is just a bad mistake and they make it up to Shag for his frustration and inconveninece.

I have had nothing but good experiences with TW. I only
order some things from them (I love Decadent Vapor juice! And they currently
have a sale). I have found better pricing other places for
some things, and do like madvapes and RockyMoumtainVapor... But none of them sell DV flavors...

You won't regret that purchase at all! The ladies of Cignot are some of the best in the business! For hardware recommendations I tend to send people to Cignot or Shawn @ Lite cig USA. Great vendors both of them!
