No. BUT-it could have. Just would have had to adjust where the atty went and so forth. VERY possible, but he opted not to go for all the extra work. (We have satellite now )

looks like the liittle transmitter light ( or whatever its called) is gone, (should have been where the connector now is).
So I would think there is no way it could work still, unless it was moved to a different spot on the remote.

OK so Im a little slow, you posted while I was typing apparently... LOL

If you were to gut that thing, you would have all sorts of room inside it for making different voltages and such with the right components,

The only problem would be finding room for a button or three... ROFLMFAO!!!!!

Thanks to this forum, Ive modded 3 SD clones, 2 NicoSticks, and a Magnum.
My roommate just started modding a week ago, and has made a box mod, a nose hair trimmer mod (Dont laugh it looks GREAT!) and now this TV remote! Once you understand where the wires go, you see how simple it is and can make a mod out of anything!

If we only had a lathe.....<Dreaming.....>

My roommate just started modding a week ago, and has made a box mod, a nose hair trimmer mod (Dont laugh it looks GREAT!) and now this TV remote!

Hmmm... nose hair trimmer mod.... I think I may have one of those lying around, too.

I haven't made my first mod yet. I'm slowly gathering parts. I have plans to make several NicoSticks (most will be presents to friends or family that vape), a couple of box mods made with the small Altoids tins (I just think those are cool, lol), and now I'm going to have to check out this nose hair trimmer mod! I have one that would take a 14500 battery, I think.

And that remote PV... my god that thing is friggin' huge! 8-o I thought my Chuck was fairly big! Cool, but... wow, just huge, lol.

My business partner walked into the house last week and I was using my passthrough. He says what the hell are you doing? I said smoking my computer. He walks over, looks at the wire and just mumbles an extremely lost, "um.....OK"

Next time maybe he will come in and catch me vaping my remote control. Love it.

HA! Yeah, it is HUGE! Fun for around the house...when guests come over, it def goes unnnoticed until he starts vapin it! HA! Yeah, the nose hair trimmer looks great and not too big! And the Chuck is ALOT smaller than the Silver Bullet too! (and id imagine the Prodigy too, although I dont have a Prodigy to compare it to) The remote works GREAT tho!

Modding id def FUN!!! BTW- his n.h.trimmer used the 14500 as well! Im sure urs will be great-please post when done!

Its funny, bc my best friend makes fun of me- he says I vape an e-cig, use an e-lectric blanket, e-mail, and calls my netbook my e-Torah! LOL!

...Funniest part is that I got him into vaping, he's the one that did the remote mod!

Heh, I'll probably destroy it during my first mod attempt. I may have to order a few spares from EBay just so I can make one working unit.
