I personally think the LED doesn't matter I don't hardly ever see the light because I have the power button light turned off and only go into the menu system a couple times a day if that. as for portability I always carry a provari in my back pocket when I'm at work and I don't leave home without a couple in my purse

I just bought a Provari today, got tired of buying twist batts every few months. Also, I did not get the 5% off, where did you see that?

"Every few Months?"

How long do you think those Twist batteries have been on the market?

I have been using one of these since Saturday- KGO V.V. 650mAh

While I fully realize 2 days isn't really a good "test period" I would consider waiting and possibly picking up one or 2 of these. It has a nice bright easy to read LCD, it is extremely easy to change voltages, unlike the twist it has a 3 to 6 volt range, it's got a battery meter, and it's a pass though too. What more could you ask for? It's ALMOST a 25.99 Provari!!!

I've been eyeing a nice VV like the Provari for a while now. And I've seen a VMax in person recently and it made me want one.

The thing I've been wondering is, does it actually provide any different vaping experience? Lets say compared to the Ego Twist, which is what I use. Other than being able to set the voltage higher, is the vape the same experience when the two are at the same volts? I usually keep my Twist set at around 4 volts depending on the ohms, so I don't see myself needing any higher volts.

I know it has excellent build quality, durability, failsafes, etc compared to a Twist. But the actual vape is what I'm wondering about.

That's a very good question.

I have been vaping since April so I am not as experienced as a lot of the folks posting in this forum BUT in my opinion the most important thing going is having quality liquid that you like and an well running atomizer, Cartomizer or clearomizer.

You can have the greatest battery/PV in the world but if your Cartomizer is plugged, flooded/burnt etc your vaping experience is going to be lackluster at best.

It is indespensable when using a rebuildable Atty and you need to check the resistance across the coil.

And there are other ways to check. I own a provari and I won't accept that selling point.

I really don't get how anyone who can spend the cash for the provari compares the twist, but that's just me. The ohm check is not the reason the provari is better.
