Got this in today as a free sample from Halo. Good vapor production, awesome clean flavor. I love it. Mostly peppermint with some coffee on the exhale. This is one free sample that will not be able to steep. It will probably be gone by the time the sun comes up. Perfect vape for a cold evening. Now I won't be swinging by Starbucks tonight.

I've got my hands on a sample bottle as well, and am running it on a Halo G6 with 78mm manual battery paired to a low-resistance cart. Now, my experience with coffee-inspired juices is extremely limited. As in, Twisted Java is the third one I ever had, following Halo's Cafe Mocha, which followed Blu's Java Jolt.

That said, Twisted Java is the coffee-inspired juice. Now to the reason why I qualified my sense of it with all the mumbo-jumbo about the equipment I'm using it on: To me, I get the mint just as an afterthought. The main body of it that I'm getting is all coffee, and espresso at that. Very, very dark, strong flavor of a hardcore roast that, if I was drinking it instead of vaping it, I'd expect to be awake for about 24 hours. It's just epic flavor from front to back. I can't really say a word in either direction about throat hit, as I'm still getting over a cold (or flu?) that has my throat too sensitive to inhale when vaping.

As my cough finally begins to trail off, I've been able to get in more and more inhales that don't result in instant coughing fits. So now I'm getting a fuller inhale "experience" and finally getting to have a sense of things on the exhale.

The inhale is intense espresso with just a touch of mint. Throat hit isn't exactly overpowering, nothing hardcore, but definitely tangible. Since I'm still taking it easy on my throat, I'm taking nice, gentle inhalations, but even being gentle with it, I'm still seeing vapor and throat hit that show a lot of promise to be very solid, very nice.

The exhale is where I'm getting a lot more mint, and it's a very different mint flavor from either Shamrock or Cool Mist (which I've also been giving very gentle play to today). Where Shamrock incorporates a very definite York peppermint patty flavor, and Cool Mist is more of a spearmint hard candy, Twisted Java incorporates just a hint, I'd say no more than 5% of the total flavor, of strong peppermint. If I had to lay money on a guess here, I'd say that Twisted Java borrows a wee infusion of Kringle's Kurse.

Halo sent a sample with my last order of Prime 15 and I instantly loved Twisted Java. Immediately ordered 30 ml. Great taste! I like coffee vapes anyway and this is a terrific clean take, with the peppermint not at all overdone.

Also gotta say, tanks, Stardusts, Kgo cones and all, I'm LOVING the stainless steel "Clouds of Vapor" cartos from Stormy's Vapor Cellar! Soaks up the juice, no waiting, cleans and refills easily, great price!

I carry a carto of Twisted Java with me where ever I go. When someone asks me about my ecig, I screw on the Twisted Java carto and let them take a hit.

You should see their faces! They are shocked how good the ecig tastes. It gives them an idea about how good different flavors can be. It works to convert much better than letting them vape my Tribeca.
