Good day guys.

I just finished building my first twisted build and had a few question.

It seems i'm getting loud cracking and pops that surprise me.
From what i'm reading it happens more with twists, I wasn't aware of this.

That being said people have also said it has a lot to do with wicking.
I listed my specs and build

Basically my wicking is one wick peace wicked over the center post. coils are also angel up

any suggestion on how to fix this? is it my wick?

Try a thicker piece of wick or do an iteo style where you roll a piece of cotton while adding juice which will get air out and also stop your wick from sagging as it starts to dry out, get the wick rolled so as its nice and snug when your inserting it into the coils, you can add or take away from the wick thickness to get it perfect but you dont want to see any sag in it after youve vaped off that first wicks worth of juice. if your unsure then you can do a search on iteo wick.

twisted coils will normally spit more than a normal single wire coil as the juice is being fired from more ridges, but thats why they taste good :)

Nice build! sounds like she's firing good! :D

EDIT: you will see sag in the cotton around the area where it exits the coils if you have to little cotton you will get gaps between cotton and coil
