I decided to try making my own twisted wire coils and what I’m wondering is how much of a resistance gap is ok to use. The coils I made came in at .51 and .55 so I figure they should heat up pretty evenly.
This is minor difference among the two coils.
Since they are identical in shape you are fine to proceed.
After dry burning these coils to work hot spots,the readings might change.
