Two days and still have a huge lump in my throat...

So its been two days since I started vaping and if I do it too much I get a huge lump in my throat. Sometimes I can't even swallow without a drink of water with it. Is this normal? Could it be the juice, nic level? I'm using volt juice 18mg nic level. I find it satisfying and love the flavors but I can't stand the lump in my throat.

Never heard of a lump in someone's throat from vaping. Maybe you should have a doctor check it out.

Is it pg or vg? Try a different mix.

Um im no doctor but if its actually not related to vaping then it may be a more under lying problem ?
If its a actual lump coming and going a doc visit is a good idea.

When I first started I always needed to have a drink when I vaped. It made me really thirsty. That has gone away somewhat. With what you are describing, I'd be concerned about an allergy.

Drink lots of water. No, really. LOTS OF WATER. If you think you're drinking enough water, you're wrong. Did I mention that you might be getting dried out due to no drinking enough water ?

Thats my theory and I'm sticking to it.

Yeah, a real lump needs medical advice. Other than that, vaping, as others have said, can dry you out. Some have allergies to PG.

You can get Frontier Vanilla which is VG at Whole Foods or something like that. It's been posted on the forum looking for best Vanilla.

Nicotine in 100% PG can be very irritating. And 100% VG is too thick to work well in many methods of vaping, especially on slim ecigs. You can get some VG - Wilton Glycerin at Michael's Crafts witht he cake decorating stuff or the Humco brand at Walmart (near rubbing alcohol) are both all-vegetable. And get an empty dropper bottle. try mixing 1 part Vg with 4 parts PG eliquid - that should cut down irritation and still be thin enough to work for any vaping method.

Go to your local Walmart or pharmacy and buy some VG there . there's no flavor , except it tastes a bit sweet , and no nic. at all , and it's only 2 or 3 dollars . That will tell you if it's an allergic reaction to the PG . But as others have said . Drink lots of water .
