I'm new to vaping and just learned aobut this forum. It is a great place to learn! It is nice that people here are so wiling to share their knowledge and experiences. I would also like to give a giant Thumbs-Up to asupplier I found. I know this belongs in the Suppliers section, but since I am a new user, I can't psot there yet.
The supplier is XT9ecigarettes dot com. person I dealt with is named Ken. His web site is chuck-full of great explanations about every possible aspect of vaping. In spite of all that great information, is tillhad a couple of questions, so I wrote. He answered me quickly, cheerfully and with wonderful explanations of my quandries. I then ordered some equipment.
The order was palced on Monday morning and, I swear this is true, within half an hour I had a tracking number. I got the package on Wednesday. That's really fast! Taxas to Detroit in 2 days. I was having trouble charging the batteries, so I E-mailed AT9. Kne wrote back fast with suggestions. He then sent me new equipment right away in case the product was defective. That is amazing! His handling of the problem was far and away above anyone's expecations of customer attnetion and service. I could not believe his response.
For the record, the equipment is great and the price was very good. I will be ordering from him again & again. Thanks, too, to everyone here who took the time to post helpful information.
