Hello all, yesterday was two months since I quit my pack a day smoking habit of 16 years, started when I was 20 years old and thought it was time to quit, this is my first attempt to quit and it will stick thanks to ecigs, before two months ago the longest I went without an analog was two days, and that was because I had a bad case of strepthroat, I look foward to better breathing and better healtth overall, I can already feel better.
I also look foward to building relationships with all you good people, what you can expect from me is a lot of nagging in the form of questions, thanks in advance to all and I'll see you around.

Thanks
David

Thank you all, quiting hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be with this method but in this two months there has been some hard times, just a couple of weeks ago I contemplated having an analog, I have an opened pack of marlboro lights in the car that I left there, you know, just in case, maybe I left them there to tease myself because I guess I am a masochist of sorts, I did not smoke, what I did instead was to search ECF for a method to clean my attys (LR306)so that I would get that nice TH and flavor that I always get from that brand new atty that I just put in kind of feeling, that only worked to an extent and it didn't quite match the performance of a new one on the first day, I can't afford to buy an atty for every day so I am cleaning old ones and buying new ones, if anybody can tell me where I can order some inexpensive 306 attys I'll appreciate it greatly, I have tried blank cartos and filled them up with my juices and those just don't cut it, same thing with 510 attys, the only thing that seems to work for me is dripping on 306 attys.

Thanks
