Firstly hello all!! I'm a novice DIYer. I've been blending for about a month now. I'm very impressed with the juices I'm able to make myself. I worked in a local vape shop for almost a year and had the opportunity to taste a lot of juice. good and bad. So I think I'm going in the right direction. I just have a couple questions for all you experts.
First, Flavors changing after you have been vaping them for a while. Why does this happen? How is this happening? For example. I did a TFA Strawberries and cream....tastes good for the first 5-8 vapes. Then it starts to become very floral,,and even a little rubbery tasting? Very odd as this is the first time I've run into this happening and I've got about 7 flavors and recipes that are simply heaven.
Can any of you shed some light on this?
Secondly..the use of Alcohol/distilled water. It's been my understanding that these items are used simply to "cut" or thin down the juice. I would think the PG would do that. But I'm coming across more and more recipes where blenders that have years experience are using everclear in juice, and distilled water. Is my thought process on this incorrect? Is it simply not a cutting agent? So why use it? and please explain. I'm very wary of these ingredients going in my juice. I just need to understand more on this.
Thanks in advance for any and all help on these questions!
