Two thumbs way up for smokeless image ! I had ordered a x2 battery and thanks to USPS it came smashed. Emailed SI and three days later I had a replacement x2 battery ! Now that's customer service. Bobby is a great customer support person and SI will have me as a lifetime customer.

That's been my experience with SI also. They have always been quickly responsive. It would be very hard to beat their customer service. A customer for life here as well!

SI Customer Service is legendary. I've never known a company that bends over backwards for their customers like SI. I love referring people to SI because I know they will be well taken care of. SI is a cut above!
