So two weeks now with no smokes. I do get this crazy idea to try one every few hours to to see if they taste how I remember. Probably just a excuse to give myself permission to smoke one. :) Holding out so far though.

I think this urge would stop if I could get better vapes -- I'm finding my liquids and cartos to be so-so on the satisfaction scale.

For the liquids, I've discovered that I like the tobacco flavors more and I'm ordering some shortly. What I need to go with that (and I want to place the order at the same time from the same place to save on shipping cost) is maybe a new method.

I was thinking clearomizer b/c would be nice to see if I need to refill. Then there's a horizontal coil cartos? Not sure about that. A tank? Those are all dual coil and I'm using a KGO and I read the KGO voltage is best with single coil.

I know these kinds of questions get asked a million times, but I would appreciate advice.
What would be the next step up from a kgo with cartomizer? Do you know a supplier who has good tobacco juice and sells a clearomizer or just regular boge cartos if nothing else? (I found several tobacco flavored ejuice makers, but the carto selection has been limited.) Any other recommendations?

Thanks tons!

I have a kgo, clearos and cartos...they all work well. LR versions.

Keep it up...I'm a little farther in and I still think about it. It's just how it is.

Which clearomizer? I've watched a few reviews and I remember Pbusardo saying, "Why do you like these!?" regarding the stardust. Others are said to leak. So I'm not sure which to choose.

One I have wanted to try is the Kanger T2. I have heard nothing but good things about it, which is rare with this tough group. You might also try Fluxomizers (they have a big following), Clearomizers (my personal favorite so far and there are many choices), cartomizers (they have filler that some hate, some have no problem with- I'm finding I don't like filler taste). If you want some specific recommendations, let us know. Otherwise, peruse the forum and hear what people have to say. Lots of info here

The v2 stardust a.k.a ce4, are the least leaky most reliable I have tried. I have aesthetic issues so I don't want my clearo to be bigger or smaller than my kgo battery.

Now the grand award of "least leaky most reliable" doesn't make them leak free or totally reliable. They leak sometimes at the battery connection which is not a deal breaker for me since it is a small amount and easily wiped away. You can get a stardust with a really bad draw, like a marble through a straw, that I have ground no good solution for. The draw improves slightly on my twist battery but I get so tired of it I just switch to another stardust and the problem just isn't on the next one.

My silver bullet with stone tank from vision. It's 510 and I use it on my ego as well as my bullet. It's a good vape.

Half the tobacco juice suppliers have so many orders they've stopped taking more.

Anyone know about the horizontal coil cartos?

I know for a fact that JuicyVapors is very happy to take/fulfill juice orders. Bet there are a lot of other also able to get what you need.

I believe the horizontal coils are Kangers. I'll bet there are some youtube reviews and other here. You have enough posts to go to any of the sub forums and get more specific info.

I thought this might be the best sub-forum since it's newb related.

By the way, I'm looking at juicy vapor right now. Thanks for the info!

Alright, as soon as I find one with both tobacco juice and V2 clearomizers. I'll get those. And also a pack of boge LR cartos in case the V2 stardust is a complete dud.

Anyone know about the horizontal coil cartos?

I enjoy the Kanger HC cartos. I have tried a few clearomizers and such, but I always found that the Kangers tasted better. I also prefer Kangers over the Boge vert. coil cartos because the polyfill is looser, so filling is easier, and because the coil in a Boge sits higher up in the carto, which means you have to top off more often. They also burn up a little faster than the Kangers. The Boges do have very good flavor, though.

I just want to add that with the Kangers, you can rip out the polyfill and wick tube and use it as a tasting atty for different juices, so you don't have to buy a more expensive atty. 2 drops on the wick and you have 4-5 good puffs. Clean by rinsing with water and blowing it dry.

Congrats on the 2 weeks...soon it'll be 2 months & then years - just great! I tried a cig after 6 or 7 months - took 1 drag, gagged & threw it out; couldn't believe that I loved those awful things for 50 years.

My favorite go-to now is my Twist 1000 pacifier w/a carto or a carto in either a sub tank or the mini sub. Soooo easy to fill & since you can see the juice - no burn - perfect for my simple (also lazy) needs. Anyways, congrats again & vape on!

I really want to try one (analog) to see how awful they are. But not sure I'm out of the woods yet. I'll give it 6 months like you did.
