I dont think youre going to notice a huge jump performance wise from the Vamo with either one of those. Provari is more acccurate and both it and the Reo are considered to be among the toughest and most reliable of mods. Depends on what youre looking for.

Dunno if youve heard about juices with Whole tobacco Alkaloids but those might be an option for you as well. They are reported by some to give the same calming effect or buzz they got from analogs. Google WTA e juice if youre interested. I havent tried them personally as of yet.

I was a LONG-time creepy, anti-social lurker! Different strokes for different folks I did a long stretch with a Missy's WetBox. Do you think that a grand would finally stop me from following smoking strangers?

My dyslexia makes reading posts quite perplexing at times.

Of course I read the original post. I was just commenting on YOUR post lol.

Go back and reread the OPS original post. She wasnt talking about switching her PV. She was looking for non atty accessories for her Vamo. I understand what youre saying but to most people, who only have a PV or two that would be a big step down from a Vamo.

Hey Beckyblue, welcome back home!!! I also fell off the wagon for a long time. I started Vaping in 2008, vaped for about a year, then only occasionally until it was only on board flights lol.

When I returned a year and e few months ago, I bought a few VV mods, some eGo-T's, some cartos and some good gourmet juices that I imported from the US.

What tipped the scales for me this time was the excellent high juices (I only vape 36mg although I smoked 1mg cigarettes) and the newer cartos, Clearomizers etc. that is available now. I hated the whole atty thing from many years ago.

My go to set up is an eGo battery with a Mini Vivi Nova and a delicious ejuice at 36mg!! But I also love my little eRoll, my little Volt KR808 batteries, my bigger VV devices and..... whatever. Each size and type of device can suit a different need or mood.

My advice is, don't worry too much about the perfect buy first time, because unlless you are one in 10'000 (or something) you will continue to try more and more devices anyway.

Good luck, you CAN do it this time. Vaping gear and ejuices has improved dramatically in the last few years.

Context, context context! :) I get what youre saying and Im not knocking cig-alikes.I've learned from people in similar threads that there are a few out there like the Volt that are quality products and worth recommending to people who prefer that form factor.

That other guy followed me over from another thread just to post that when it had nothing to do with Beckys question, so maybe thats why my reply appeared a little sharp to you.

@ Becky youre definitely not alone here, looks like Dragonbone, me and now you have all found our way back here after quitting. The important part is that youre back here and youre amongst friends.

Im really looking forward to that excited post when you tell us you've found your new favorite(s) and something that works really well for you.

a few? :D
Ever notice how some people have the mods they own in their sig line? I'm pretty sure you would not be able to squeeze yours into one, I mean, the forum software can't accommodate it.

Hey I was thinking of you when I saw this "orb-like" mod in the classies this week. Did you see it? Looked like a little space-ship of some sort. Very unique. I was half expecting you to swing by and buy it. :)

Hi friends, I'm not that old to eCigarettes like some of you have been vaping for years. But I'm vaping since last one month and even at the thought of going back to analog makes me throw up. Seriously, that ugly smell and breath, I can't even think of going back to it.

Just for the experiment sake, when I started vaping, I used to try the analog in between. Needless to say, I was kinda heartbroken because I couldn't enjoy the analog anymore. Can't say I was disappointed or happy but in the beginning, I missed the ugly taste of analogs .. can't believe I said that. I guess, u just get used to smoking the analog and that ugly bitter taste it leaves in the mouth.

But now I'm so used to the real good sweet taste of ejuices that I can't tough an analog even if a full pack is in front of me lol. I'm sooo happy that I quit the analog crap and i just can't put it in words how much I love the ejuices ..
Hey Congrats on giving up cigarettes and welcome to the ECF Adrkaushal!

Lol. It's not you, it's me, Ocelot! Like Dragonebone, I'm also devouring way too much 36mg nic as I check back on this thread and probably not making as much sense as I should. Thank you all so, so much for the encouragement. I'm plain not going back to inhaling great gobs of trash into my lungs, so I'll figure something out. I have tried the WTA from goodejuice. I still don't really blame the juice, but rather the delivery system (and the idiot 13-year-old who started the hardcore habit!). I work the graveyard shift, so I got on here just desperate for my "morning" roll-up. But you all have fortified my resolve. I'd still love to hear which of these new(ish) clearos have most floated your boats, and at what ohms/volt/wattage combos, so I can copy with fingers crossed for the clouds parting!

Hey Racehorse!!! How are you my friend?? I have been thinking about you a lot due to this awesome book I was reading (set out in the forest). I will go and have a look at the Spaceship hehe... If I am *forced* to buy it - I know who to blame :p.

It sounds horrible, but read the reviews for this one: Ashtray

LOL i laughed really hard at the words down there .. it tastes like you are licking an ashtray .. LOL.
Nah seriously, I love the sweet coffee, caramel, chocolate and tens of other liquids I have. I also like the Camel taste but don't like much because it really smells like a cigarette.

I'm amazed, I'm the same person who couldn't live 2 hours without an analog and here I'm saying that I hate the cigarette smell and taste :)

Whoever discovered the eCigarettes, should be awarded with the best of the best awards :D

I swear I just spent 25 min trying to find it.......and I can't. It was like this big round thing, never saw anything like it.

On a different note, I am getting further behind as I stubbornly like to stay with the "old stuff".......i read thru the classies now and I have NO IDEA what half the listings are for  No idea what the stuff IS.

That's bad. It's like some old grandmama down in the bayou who has never seen a cell phone or somethin'

thinking about a second job...

What with fiddling with hardware, looking for juice, viewing vendor sites for stuff I need, not to mention the classies, and add to that stalking the mailman.........and then reading posts to keep up with new technology...........WHO HAS TIME for a 2nd job?

Becky, I find that it was all in my mind, and not in the taste. I probably have 200 bottles of juice that I tried before I really liked the taste of juice. Now almost 3 yrs later I can't stand the smell of a real cigarette let along the taste, I gag at the thought. I smoked for over 40 years and it wasn't till I put my mind to it to NOT smoke one and just vape that I realized how really nasty they are!
I have been trying to get my adult kids to switch and they won't, so it has to be up to you, if you get away from them and then smell how awful they really smell, you maybe then can stay away from them. Not only do my kids smell bad and their homes, so do my grandkids and that irritates me but I did it to them so it's hard for me to argue with them about it.
