Have you tested it with water? Try testing it to see whats going on.

I would use PG not water.

Test it with whatever you want, just to save your good juice.

It doesn't leak at all with the cap off (and everything closed), but as soon as I open the air (after putting the cap and everything together) is starts to leak (even with the CR closed).

Try again with a different atomizer, that is from a different batch.
