I had my UFSv2 for about 2weeks now and didnt get to use it properly but with the help of my friend (jpracing & Antong) I got it to work yesterday for the whole day without problems.
This morning I finished my juice so I need to refill or change juice. I decided to change the juice. I did a rebuild and change juice.
Opened juice control about 1-2mm, air flow control is close..sucked a little to get some juice in then opened air flow control quarter turn..at this point juice control is at 1-2mm open...FLOOD!!
Rebuild again...same thing happened but this time I did not suck to get juice in...it just floods! Then I notice the air flow control ring have a little juice coming out, might be o-rings giving up on me?
Please let me know what to do. Thank you very much in advance for your help/advice.

Mitch

How are you assembling it?

After assembling the collection tank, I insert juice control ring, then I close juice control, then I close air control. I put in the window and atomizer. (if you are using large mode you can fill after putting on the stainless steel part that sits on the window). I fill up, and I put on the refilling cap (UFS Refilling Cap). Then I put the o-ring on. After I put the o-ring on, I put the top cap on. I tighten it down all the way. I then take it off, and loosely put it back on.

After this, I open the air control slightly to my liking.

I open the juice control bit by bit. Taking draws to see if the atomzier is getting fed. If it is, I leave it as is. If the atty isn't being fed, I open the juice control a bit more and draw to see if I'm getting juice. I do this until the atty is being fed.

I often use near 100% PG juices in my UFS and vape them without any issues, so that's not your problem.

Abridged assembly guide with critical steps:
1. Thoroughly vaseline all threads and orings of the device. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! Pay extra attention to the o ring that sits in the top cap!!!
2. Assemble 510 post, catch base, juice control ring, and airflow ring (all basic parts besides for atty, the actual tank sections, and the top cap/mouthpiece/drip tip)
3. With the juice control initially open, TIGHTLY screw your atomizer into the 510 connector. It's much easier to tighten the atty if it and your hands are dry. I suggest using a washcloth to dry off the atty.
4. Screw on the rings of the tank (don't put the top cap on yet)
5. CRUCIAL!! FULLY CLOSE the air control ring and juice control base all the way (turn it to the left). Once the juice control ring is fully closed, the top of the o-ring above the threads of your already closed air control ring will be slightly exposed.
6. Slowly fill the tank with juice
7. Now that your tank is assembled and filled, re-lube up the oring in the top cap (fail-safe until you master assembly)
8. Without the UFS mouthpiece or 510 drip tip nut screwed in, screw your top cap onto the tank
9. a) The 510 atty should be raised slightly above the bottom threads of the top cap, if it's not, drain the tank with a syringe, go back to step 4 and remove one of the tank rings to shorten the tank.
9. b) Slide the greased up o-ring over your atomizer.
10. Firmly screw your mouthpiece/510 ring onto the top cap
11. Once the ring is tightly secured, remove it all together.
12. Put the ring/mouthpiece back on, but stop screwing it once you feel the bottom threads making contact with the oring, make sure it's not too tight or too loose, you'll know the sweet spot when you hit it.
13. Now that your UFS is fully assembled, put it onto your GGTS.
14. To use it, start by opening the airflow ring and take a few drags without firing the button. If you have severe gurgles, you didn't tighten your juice control ring firmly enough, or your atty wasn't tight enough, or you filled the tank too quickly.
15. If the air channel through the atty is clear, open the juice control ring in 1/12 of a turn increments, taking quick, sharp, dry pulls before opening it more.
16. Now you should be good to go! If you suffer a catastrophic leak and/or your atomizer suddenly stops producing ANY vapor during step 15, you didn't put enough damned vaseline on the top o-ring and you should promptly sell your UFS on the classifieds and use the money to go buy a $179.99 Green Smoke kit at the mall!

I hope people found this helpful.

Serpent67: Ratio I honestly don't know, maybe 50/50 or 60/40. Yes, thinking of replacing o-rings but I think distributor here in our country doesn't have those or literally doesn't have anything GG :(
I will do a rebuild when I go back to my office and will open 1mm or less...maybe I'll try less than 1mm going to 1mm depending on what will happen... *cross-fingers*

Thanks you very much guys for help/advice!
Will update again later...hopefully good news :)

One small tip for better juice flow:
Before you screw the atomizer (with the juice control totally open of course), put the UFS on the GG. This way the UFS-battery connector will be in its final position and the atomizer air holes will be in the right place when you screw it (tightly) in the 510 connector.

Also, if you have disassembled the UFS pole, before you re-assemble it, make sure that the two small orings that are in the base, are in place (around the pole). It's easy to have of them misplaced, i.e. in the base, but around the pole.

This one I will try tomorrow...I always build the UFS separate from my GG Stealth.

O-Rings are in place last I check...will double check tomorrow. Thank you sir!

Imeo is always formal in all his recommendations when finishing a rebuilt; sloooowly and caaaarefully screw the top cap back on so you dont create pressure (which leads to you know what);

Your type of atty may not be appropriate for the UFS?

I actually don't leave the top cap as I can't put my drip tip on :(
I screw the top cap to get the o-ring snug then remove the top cap and put my drip tip...no place to buy atty extender for me to use top cap/long mode, as usual no GG stuffs with our distributor.
Will order from someone...just getting my credit card sorted.

@All: Is this the atty extender I need to use my top cap/long mode...
GG UFS 510 Extension

Use the top cap and a different drip tip at least until you get it to work correctly!
