Hi all,

First of all - great forum! Congrats to all!

I live in the UK and am preparing to make my first start at eSmoking! A lot have mentioned the 901 as a good starter.

Forgive the forthcoming questions (I'm sure many have been answered before and I have had a good search).

I smoke Marlboro Lights (Gold) and normally average 10-20 a day.

1) What supplier would you recommend (price, UK based, good service, good selection/spares etc...)

2) What mg of nicotine would be suitable for me? 18, 11 etc... I know the there's a difference between what an analog cigarette packet advertises and what juice to use, but for Marlboro Lights (0.6mg roughly) is there a link?

3) Are there any good offers going on I could get hold of?

4) I have looked at Smoores e-Cigarettes on eBay (about £8, disposable, one e-Cigarette and 4 refills/carts) - the reason for this is I thought it would be good to try these to see how I get on, before splashing out on a starter pack and extras. Has anybody tried these/tested them?

Many thanks for all your help and I am looking forward to being an eSmoker instead of a stinky broke regular Smoker!

Thanks Again!

:p

I haven't tried anyone else but I've so far found Electronic Cigarette | Free Yourself... | e-cigs Welcome to be dependable and reasonably priced.

i started off with a pen-style starter kit, an extra atomizer and some 18 mg cigar-flavoured e-juice.

I've since purchased a case, an extra atomizer and an extra battery.

MIDNYTE BLACK Classic eCig Starter Pack with GREEN LEDs RN4072B [RN4072B] - £30.00 : E-Cigs.co.uk, Online Store

For yourself, i might suggest a medium or low strength e-juice as opposed to the strong stuff i purchased. No need to increase your nicotine levels unnecessarily.

I hear good things about Totally Wicked e-juice, Electric Cigarette & E Liquid - Totally Wicked Electronic Cigarette Fluid , so my next purchase is likely to be from them.

Since you are not a heavy smoker, the 901 (mini) might be a good choice. I have about 4 of them by now and love them! The super-mini has issues with both cartridge- and battery life.

Note that e-cigs.co.uk has temporarily suspended the sale of nicotine cartridges and juice. They're resolving issues with the local Trading Standards and it shouldn't be long.

Another vote for ecigs.co.uk or Totally Wicked.

Also agree to get medium or low level and one bottle of high (18mg) for times when you crave. For the first couple of weeks I found I needed the extra hit first thing in the morning and after meals, all other times medium and low has been good.

I used to smoke B&H silver - also 0.6mg cigs.

If you are worried you might not take to e-smoking, there is a healthy market here for secondhand goods so the disposable route isnt your only option.

I forgot to mention another good UK seller - Tim at Smokejuice.co.uk.

Thanks for the tip!

I think they were out last time I've checked and then they kinda fell under the radar.

I've just ordered a selection on tobacco-like flavours. Can't wait :D

But hurry, stocks are very low.
