Has anybody used a ultrasonic jewellery cleaner device to speed up the steeping process? Found one on ebay for £4.49 and was debating whether to get it or not

I use one often. You want to get one that has a minimum 8 minute timer. When I use the UC I do 15 8 minute cycles for a 2 hour heat and vibrate shake. I then leave the bottles uncapped over night to air, and they are good to go. Your mileage may vary.

That was such an interesting read, thank you. I'm going to stay away from ultrasonic and stich to the tips on that. I didn't know you has to taste your fresh liquid I always presumed you needed to steep

Most ultrasonics that a casual vaper would use are unsuitable for this use. I bought a 3 liter one with a 30min timer for gun cleaning that's great for this use, though. 4 cycles and the juice is done
