I was in the same boat, and am really enjoying Nude Nicotine's unflavored base. It's really pleasant. Very slight sweetness, and just a hint of tart. I've been using both 50/50 pg/vg and 30/70 pg/vg at 3mg Nic.

Their flavors are pretty good too. I enjoyed the plum, tamarind, citrus slap, and cactus cooler. I will also occasionally mix other commercial juice in small amounts (like one eye dropper squeeze) added right to a tank, when I want some flavor. But I'm surprised that more and more, I just want the plain unflavored.

I use a Herakles, Herakles Plus (hate it), and Crown.
Tastes similar across all three. Crown is airy-er (.25 ohm).
The original Herakles, and .6 ohm coil is my favorite.

I'm thinking of going backwards and trying the STM, and it's rba. I was never happy wth flavor output with it. But I'm curious now about unflavored.

Do any of you get better or different tastes from unflavored with different set ups?
Unflavored tastes the same to me no matter what I've vaped it in. That's part of its beauty...it just is what it is. When flavor was removed from my checklist, I was able to dial in the vape itself to how I must enjoy it in terms of airflow, coil placement, etc for a given atty, even if it would have otherwise diminished flavor. If that makes sense...

And now, flavors are all the more pronounced and enjoyable when i do hit them. And as such I feel the whole flavor chasing aspect is gone...no need to build specifically for flavor etc. Compared to no taste, it is quite strong...and flavorful.

I guess that unflavored changed my whole vape game. Even if you see me hitting a flavor here and there - it's not what it once was - a quest for the best most flavorful atty, draw, hit. Because overall, to me, the best, most flavorful hit is the one that has no flavor.

I still prefer my smok cartos from ibtanked!
I do have some tanks here and there. but usually if i'm in a building mood, i build on the sophias.
i did just order me a kabuki tank.

i just want a simple vape game.
in the beginning of my vape journey i messed around with diy. but was never able to get anything that was vapeable. i'm fairly certain i was making my flavors too strong.

i did find all my old WL nicotine. I'm certain it's about three years old. and i believe i had it mixed at 12mg. I tried to vape some the other night. and it was a very earthy flavor. not enjoyable. i'm thinking it may be old. but i did have the thought if i could add a hint of flavor like some mint, or canteloupe, or even bubblegum... it would probably vape fine. I just no longer remembere the pg/vg ratio or the real nic level. could be 24mg for all i know lol.

so as hard as it is to think of it, i believe i will dump out the 700 ml and just buy fresh...
this time i need to remember to label everything!

I will share my comparisons on the different nics from different vendors.

Has anyone ordered from NN in the last day or two and gotten order updates that order was being formulated? It's been radio silence for 2 days and an email I sent a day earlier has not been responded to. Previous communication has been great so hoping everything is okay.... I think they are an ecf registered supplier?

i did get a shipping notification for my sample :)
no tracking number or anything. but it's a small $3 order :)

I got tired of all my flavors awhile back and then a sales lady at the vape shop say's to me to mix peppermint with menthol

and that was really good............and lately I have been mixing this Vapage Red Hot Cinnamon with my straight menthol

flavor and that has really been a great taste..........I just ordered 6 bottles of this from the Vapage web site......have vaped 15 bottles of this stuff in the past and really loved it ......but taste is a personal thing and flavorless mite be the way to go for you........

my nic came from ecig express.

I vaped one tank of 50/50...
i had my husband try it with out saying anything... he is not a vapor... but occasionally likes to take a few hits to taste my new juice. He likes to guess what the flavor is and what not... anyway... i thought the same as him... it was a pretty harsh vape at 6nic. I could only vape about 1ml and dumped it out.
he felt it tasted almost chocolately. I felt it tasted kinda nutty.

I tried it in a kabuki which is a new tank for me. Today i will vape out my flavored juice then load the 30/70 and see what i think.
