Some vendors sell it in the ratio you want.

Here's an example although this isn't for you- the nicotine is higher than you want

    Unflavored E Liquid

You could send them a message and ask for the nic strength you want, see if they'll do it. They're very accommodating. That also have a 20% off sale- ends tomorrow. mad20

I was thinking 11 or 18 for the nic since that's what I usually vape in my flavored juices.. I figured I'd have to try a few of the unflavoreds to get it just right.. thank you for the links and info!

What mg. strength and what ratio of PG/VG are you looking for?

Here you can order in the nic strength and ratio you want.

    Nicotine - Unflavored Nicotine Your Way - E Cig : Best Ejuice | Joye eGo & eGo-T | Boge Leo | Cartomizers | E-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

**That may be bigger than you want.

In the drop down at Vapor Bomb they do have different nic strengths. The 20% off might not apply to DIY, but it's about $10 for a 30ml bottle.

You can always pick up a bottle of flavoring somewhere. WL sells flavorings for about $1.50. If you don't like the unflavored, add some flavoring. :)

Not totally unflavored but very little flavor and, believe it or not, a carto lasts me over a month doing it this way. I started it because I like a nose exhale and all the juices I have were not pleasant (burning, tingle or just bad) doing that until I feel on pecan flavoring in maple pecan. For some reason that makes a very smooth, pleasant, nose exhale so I started just putting a drop or two in unflavored... not enough to color it... can barely taste it if at all.... bingo!... nice exhale.

    Said Thompson,

Peppery is probably the best word I can relate it to but it's nothing like it in all honesty. Having a hard time putting a proper word to it.

    Said Cardiwen,

Some people describe the taste as peppery. I think it's like a very light cigarette.

I suspect each of us tastes nicotine differently. To me, there's a slight tingle (maybe this is what people mean by "peppery") with a hint of cinnamon. I've vaped four different unflavored e-liquids, and those two factors seem to be in common between them.

Yeah, I think of it more as the feel or impact of nicotine on the tounge being similar to peppery than the actual flavor of black pepper.

"slight tingle" I can handle, it's the full blown taste of ground pepper which makes my tongue and lips feel like they have tiny slits and cotton balls in my throat. I not only have found this in many premixed juices but many unflavored as well. However there is a handful of vendors' premix juice which I have found to have no tingling so I attributed the "pepper tingle" to the nic.

Think I will go ahead and try VZ. Thanks everyone for the input.

Well, reading this thread, I now know why I can't clone my favorite juice... its the nic they use! Geeez... I like the peppery and will have to check out my newer supplies from MFS and Ecigexpress.. maybe they're peppery. Makes me think about eggplant actually. We eat a lot of it and some is so peppery I have to test it raw after the salt leaching (remove any bitterness) to know if I should put pepper in the dish... the color of the leached juice is different also so that might be a clue on nic bases.
