I'm still in my experimental phase, and I've just been testing out all sorts of different things.

I bought a small bottle of Halo Fusion 24 MG nicotine a few days ago, because I was curious as to how unflavored juice was.

I tried it today, and it's not bad at all. Flavors are nice, but the main reason that I vape is because I need nicotine, not because I need a particular flavor.

I'm still going to stick with various flavors, because I like variety, but I'm also going to pick up some VG and PG and Nicotine and just make my own unflavored juice to have around.

Also, I guess that the unflavored juice is good for stealth vaping, like if I happen to be on an airplane.

Unflavored has been my preference for close to 2 months now. Never gets old, no fruity smells in a house. Doesn't destroy coils and cotton like flavored liquid does. Plus you can buy nicotine, vg, and pg and save a ton of money. All my dads smoker friends say it's the closest thing to a marlboro light.

A friend of mine had me make her some unflavored to stealth vape with. I tried it, like people say it does taste like a Marlboro light. Wasn't for me though, to each their own. Also I would be very careful about the plane idea. Just last week I was standing to close to my smoke alarm, set it off! That was a first! But it happened.

Always usefull to keep a bottle of unflavoured; many uses.
For example if you're planning to rewick an rda, you add some unflavoured to it first to use up the last of that expensive juice you were vaping.

Usefull for testing and comparing different toppers.

Usefull just to know what unflavoured tastes like so you can appreciate what parts of a flavour really is the flavour and not just the base components.

I mixed up a little vg and a little pg 2 ml vg and 1.5 ml pg and vaped to see what it was like and I was quite surprised it was fine next I am going to try just vg and just pg and see what happens perhaps the vg won't vape . I have an eleaf 20 and a nautilaus mini the little gizmo says 1.7 ohms

You'll have wicking problems if you're planning on using a tank and max vg.
You can dilute it with a little bit of distilled water or vodka and then it will wick fine.

When I first started vaping my chief complaint was that the juice had little flavor. Once I quit smoking my taste buds started to recover and I began to enjoy lightly flavored liquids. Now, when I order a new juice and it is richly flavored it's just overpowering after a while.

There's one juice that I order in 100ml lots, two bottles of 50ml at a time. It's Mad 4 from Madvapes. By itself, it's nothing to write home about, but I add about 25% Madvapes Tobacco to it using a syringe from each to fill a tank and it's a good tobacco vape that isn't too strong, but satisfies the need for a light tobacco vape.

I'd like to find a juice that starts off as a good light tobacco ... no cowboy style favors, though. I like mild throat hit with good flavor and don't need something that irritates the throat. It's hard to judge other people's reviews of what constitutes a good tobacco vape.

See, "unflavored" doesn't mean "no flavor".

Your VG has a flavor, and so does Nic. So if your tasted like an old bandaid (ewwww), you might want to try some from another source!
I've vaped some using Nic in VG from Wizard Labs, mixed with more VG and PG from Essential Depot - and it was very mildly and pleasantly sweet. Not bad at all. I don't vape unflavored regularly, but I certainly would rather have that than have a flavor I didn't like...

unflavor VG to me has this weird medicinal smell. starts to get funky after a while in warm weather, kinda like worn bandaids

Vape unflavored from time to time to sort of clean out the taste buds.
It's a sweetish type taste to me.

I haven't tried that exact experiment, but here's a prediction:

The VG won't wick well (you might get a "burnt hit"), and the PG will make hardly any vapor (the PG will also find any work o-rings or other gaps to slip through and leak).

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^this

once your tastebuds recover from smoking,
you can save on ejuice by buying the strongly flavoured eliquids and diluting them with vg and pg.

thank you so much I appreciate your info it confirms what I had read somewhere else. I had a young lady in a b&m store almost fall over dead when I mentioned perhaps I would have to add a drop of vodka to thin a max vg commercial flavour I had bought- "omg I wouldn't do that" I had gone in to ask about buying a little bottle of pg to thin my Dr fog creme brûlée moral of my story -test what I can - always keep learning. thank you
